We always enjoy staying at Best Western in Tooele, Utah. They are friendly, helpful, rooms are nice and the breakfast is outstanding!

Got in later than expected, but greeted with a smile. Great indoor pool. Breakfast was usual fare, but friendly service. Clean facility. Great pillows.

Great hotel, fare, and staff. Very large mini fridge and a microwave, those are huge advantages.
My only complaint was bed related which is mostly preferential. 1. I found it a bit hard. 2. Pillows were probably good or great for most, but I like firmer foamer pillows. 3. The blankets really weren't warm enough. You had one fleece blanket with a sheet on top of it, and then the regular top sheet below it. Honestly it was fine, but a comforter instead of or in addition to all that would've made it excellent.
Pool was very nice and breakfast was fine. Great place for the price with lots of dining close by.

Hotel was clean and quiet, but if you like aquatic activities, the pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t working. The menu for the included breakfast changes daily, so omelettes, bacon and gravy aren’t available every day. The sausage that was served on some days was pale and unappetizing. Tooele is a nice town to visit. Friendly people, Another Man’s Treasures antique/vintage store, Pioneer Museum, Taco truck in the Family Dollar store lot, and ice cream cones at Macey’s grocery are some of the not to miss attractions.

Immaculate property, comfortable bed, pleasant room, wonderful staff! It was great but people with bad knees or temporary access problems beware! Ask for a first floor room when booking because there are no elevators!

The front desk staff was only positive review I can give unfortunately. I was given the only room to face the street which sounded like the soundtrack to fast and furious movies all night. The AC wasnt working so I had to open the window for air. The sprinkle systems on ceiling were caked with dirt , shower head leakes and sprays water everywhere, toliet level had a human hair on it which meant it wasnt cleaned. The body oder was that of a grandfather cheap colone. Woke to random rashes on my arms from the bed. I took photos to document it all because after over 200 hotel stays in my work this is in my top 10 worst experience of a hotel.

This is not a normal Best Western but rather an old motel. The room is musty and basic, the pool is closed and the front desk staff at check in was so cold and rude that we almost left!!

The lady at the front desk was very openly annoyed that my husband rang the desk bell and it made it a very awkward check in! She needs classes in customer service!!

The rooms were ok. My bathtub drain was broken. So I couldn’t a bath and the hot tub was also broken and the front desk attendant said the pool was heated and it was not. I was looking forward to swimming, and soaking.
