It was loud- could hear everything in the parking lot. No elevators, so had to make multiple trips up and down flights of stairs. It is a bit outdated, but the room was clean.

It was clean friendly just not enough towels provided and staff talking about problems with management at the desk was unprofessional. We were there to relax not hear the drama

I like the place because its convenient to where I had to be. The room could of been more cleaner (microwave needed good cleaning and possibly replaced cause it wasn't working right; hair left in bath tub when we arrived.) During stay they ran short on towels, wash clothes, and final night of stay didn't have any wash clothes in the room after house keeping said they'd put some in there. No ice cause ice machine was not working. At check out I asked for a receipt and was told that I would not get one because of going through a booking agent to book the room. Last year I got a receipt at check out, this time I didn't, because they said they had a change of policy that they cannot give a receipt out due to going through booking agent and that the booking agent would email me a receipt. I'm still waiting on a receipt to be emailed to me. Next time I have to make a trip down there I will stay some where else.

For breakfast I got a moldy bagel and the towels and sheets had stains, who cleans them? Clearly scary

Nice place right on 515. Staff was very nice, free breakfast was good except for the bacon which was well kinda hard to describe but super thin.

Very dated. Door deadbolt didn't work, very noisy, uncomfortable mattress.

Person at the desk was very nice. Asked for a front room with balcony and was very pleased. Also hotel within walking distance to many restaurants

They removed an ice machine a few years ago that wasn't working and it hasn't been replaced. They do have one that is working, but it's in the other building. They're still having connectivity problems in the office. Paperwork could not be generated at check-in.

This is an older facility with outside doors, but is very nice, clean and well maintained.

Floors were dirty and not ADA compliant.

The people they work there are deserve 5 stars, helpful, professional and friendly

The room was cold because the door had a large gap at the bottom and we had to put a rolled up towel at the bottom to keep the cold out The breakfast was lacking milk breakfast meat and there was no one at the front desk to help When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk so I had to just leave my room key laying on the counter

Nicely done motel room with fridge, microwave, coffee setup, comfortable beds. Breakfast is included, restaurant also across parking lot. Would stay here again.

Everything was fine & nice. The fan in the bathroom was broken. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

I liked convenience to waking in the village streets and to shops / dinners . I did not like the upstair steps , narrow old wood stairs , narrow passage , hard to go up

Friendly Staff

When we got there, I pull the sheet back to spray the bed down and the sheet had blood on it. Call to the front desk and she came and change the bed. She stated whoever made that bed had to see it. She was very apologetic about it. I was not happy at all and I felt that I should’ve paid the full price for the room. This was very unacceptable.

Parking convenient, quiet, walksble to restaurant and in town so close to get to other stores.

It was ok. The room was fairly clean. Service wasnt top notch and location was ok.

We only stayed one night, but it was a super easy check in, parking, etc. Room is what you expect. I’d stay again.

It was a great place to rest and the staff was excellent!

The people at the front desk were nice enough. I decided to stay twice and ended up with two different hotel rooms. The beds were clean, but the bed side tables were both sticky and gross. I had to clean myself. I just think some more cleaning would be good.
