Friendly staff

Was there for about 12 hours, to sleep after a concert. The sheets on the bed didn’t want to stay on, they were too small. A friend got bit by a spider while sleeping. And it was very loud the whole night with people walking up and down the hall. Used to it being loud, it is a hotel, but truly sounded like they were in the room with us sometimes which just means things aren’t put together well. Expected more for what we paid.

Rooms are very clean. Excellent front desk service

There was a total of 4-5 tables at restaurant for lunch. Servers were doing bare minimum not attending to patrons. Way too many servers standing around while they could’ve taken better care of lunch guests.

Alot of staff standing around doing nothing. Wrong information given about food.

Beautiful rooms overlooking a courtyard with roses in bloom with a small patio with chairs and a table.

It was a good stay. Room was very clean and quiet. I have never seen this much quiet HVAC system and exhaust fan in restroom. Shower hose water wasn’t good but overall, it was a pleasure stay. Thanks,

Really clean, spacious rooms. Location is great if you’re driving to NYC.

Great bar and places to hang out with friends. The water pressure in the showers was phenomenal--you don't usually get that in a hotel. Overall, very good stay

Horrible Horrible Hospitality!!! I stayed Marriot on April 27th with my husband. I arrived around 5pm and there was a female personnel at the front desk who was tall and dark skin and she was extremely rude and condescending. She seemed like a manager and there was a guy colleague next to her. She didn't show any smile on her face and no eye contact the whole time I was checking in. She made me feel I'm such a weirdo that I didn't get what she says quickly. Also she made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidating as I was asking different questions. It basically ruined my entire stay with bitter feeling even though room was wonderful and cozy which is the reason I love to choose Marriot whenever I travel.  I have visited many Marriott locations, and this was by far the worst in terms of hospitality. I find it difficult to comprehend how a 5-star hotel can tolerate such behavior. I will not to return to this location for sure and if Marriott condones this level of hospitality, I will reconsider choosing Marriott for future stays. Hospitality is integral to the hotel business, and guests should not be made to feel horrible, especially considering big money spent. I don't want to give up Marriot just because of this experience. Hope it won't happen again.

Everything was perfect

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious.

They charged me an early arrival fee, but the manager is working with me to refund the fee which I appreciate.

Our stay was perfect! Nice room, big and clean. Staff was very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delicious so was the restaurant bar Panceta⭐️

Quiet, ample parking and wonderful staff.

Although the hotel and the staff was amazing I had a scary experience since me and my children were staying in a room that had a connecting door, and the guest next door decided that he/she would bang and kick the door at around 10pm which freaked my children out. I calle front desk and they did make changes to our room to a different floor. But it was still a horrible moment & couldn’t get a good night after that scared.

Staff and Service is very good. But I can't sleep because neighbor room very very loud and yelling untill 3am.

Would have been a great stay had the room not been so cold despite setting the heating to its highest level, and despite having extra blankets. The HVAC really needs some desperately required attention!

Place was clean and very big. I did get lost looking for the elevator but i past it like a dumby but its was good. And the anime con the weekend i went was amazing. Hotel staff where very nice with both the hotel and the helping out the con as well. Also it was very good price for the weekend when i went. Would definitely come back next year if anime con is hosted here.
