Great room for the price. Check was very easy and front desk very pleasant.

The price was high for the ammenities but the location is perfect for tourist spots. They have a shuttle that runs every hour on the 45 and drops you off right at the metro stop.

Inexpensive, nothing fancy, pleasant front desk. 2 of 3 elevators were out when checking in, lengthy delay for single elevator. Room was basic, bathroom floor could use a scrubbing otherwise ok. Number of plugs didn't work, maintenance came expeditiously when remote stopped working. Would stay there agin.

They never came to fix my coworkers AC into when it came on suddenly on the middle of the night nor did they replace my coffeemaker when the one in the room did not work and o was staying another night. The shuttle is nice to have and the food was good at the restaurant.The front desk was totally non-responsive so don’t know if I will risk staying here again.

Hotel was good but my room was not worth the price in my opinion (i got the two beds). Bathroom was very small. Tub faucet needed recaulking. Lack of a great view. Lobby was very nice and it had a restaurant. Personally feel the room could be bigger and have more space for the price.

The hotel itself isn't in bad shape it's just dated and has some of those 'older hotel' issues, like the door latch getting stuck Every. Single. Time. you open or shut the door, and just generally not as updated a comparable hotels in the area. It's in a good location, and parking is included which is great. Has a shuttle to get to the metro/ pentagon city. My only big issue was the kid at the front desk really didn't know what was going on.

Here for a memorial at Arlington National Cemetery. The hotel was amazing, and we loved everything about it. We will definitely be choosing Sheraton again!!

This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and I had the easiest, quickest check-in I’ve ever had in my life! I did not want to leave the room. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, the water pressure in the shower was strong and the hotel was clean and spacious! I will definitely be back!!!

Good one night stay. Front desk early morning service was beyond terrible. The clerk was lazy, I asked to have a taxi called and she said.. just call Uber it’s hard to find cabs at this hour. She was rude!

Our room was at the end of the hallway and every time someone use the stairs our door will slam and make a loud noise ! this happened every night at all times! 2,3,4am! Not sure who will take the stairs in the middle of the night from the 9th floor…..Also there is some road construction going on outside the hotel, inconvenient but not a big deal. Food mediocre. Room was clean enough.

The shuttle to the airport and shopping mall should be more than once per hour.
Metro not too far, but nothing great within walking distance (10 minutes or less). If not the summer, probably would have been willing to walk farther from the hotel.

The room was decent, the staff provided great customer service, however the phones needs updating. The lines were not working, coucall the front desk or anywhere, thank goodness it was an emergency. Only one elevator was working. At approximately 2a.m. the alarms were blaring and we had to evacuate the building. No one ever provided us with information as to what occurred. The fire department cleared us to go back into the hotell. Upon arriving home this afternoon I noticed severabies on my legs.

My stay at the hotel was good, with a nice ambience. However, there are no nearby food places if you don't have a car. The hotel does have internal dining restaurant, which is convenient, but options are limited if you're looking to explore local eateries.

The AC unit in room makes harsh sounds and hard to sleep consistently! I was disappointed in the noise.

Well maintained older property in a residential area of Arlington. Once the construction along the adjacent road is finished the surrounding area will be better. A bit frustrating that a large gathering used the common lobby area for LOUD, crowded group meetings.
