Nice hotel. No complaints. Would have been nice if the front desk staff was just as friendly and personable as the staff in the restaurant area. Didn’t have any issues just an observation.

The AC in the first room was broken and there was urine stains around the toilet. The second room was better but carpets are dirty, tub was stained. The public areas carpets are dirty. The grounds are very nicely maintained but the building needs repairs and painting where the walls are cracked and broken. This hotel definitely needs some updates and repairs.

The housekeeping staff did not ever come to my room. I pointed this out to the front desk who said I declined housekeeping. This isn’t accurate. The front desk brought me fresh towels the evening before check out but I ran out of toilet paper and had to buy my own. Frustrated about no housekeeping.

Not a good experience at all, my 16 month old was walking around playing and found somebody's fake nail in the floor and before I could get to her she put it in her mouth and the bathroom is extremely small and full of black mold definitely will not be coming back. I have pictures but it's not letting me upload them

The facility was clean but everything in the room was old . The bath room was so small a person could feel closed in or entrapped. The staff were kind yet i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.i can't believe this was a Marriott hotel.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and quiet, but what really makes this location top tier are the people who work there. Thank you so much to Pam and the folks working from May 17-19th 2024. Their hospitality and professionalism is what will make this place a memorable and repeatable visit.

The room didn't look updated like the pictures online. The price didn't reflect the nothingness of the rented space. Dated carpeting had burn marks, bathroom light was dim, ice machine didn't work, and balcony screen door handle was missing.

The property was easy to get to off of the freeway and was surrounded by places to shop and eat. Staff were very friendly and it truly felt like they happy you were there. Facilities are clean but you could tell that it is on the older side. Nothing out of repair or anything, just the decor. Rooms are small but not unmanageable. Bed was moderately comfortable.
Now, for the cons although it is a short list. Breakfast is not included in your stay. They do have a bistro in the lobby and even an egg with toast was $11. IHOP right across the street. My biggest complaint is that the walls are paper thin. You could hear people in the room next to us having a casual conversation and the people in the hallway all night were very loud. I used earplugs and that worked for the most part. There are no charging ports so be prepared.

Room was clean sofa bed was sunk in so i couldn't get comfortable people were running through the halls and kept knocking on their room door very loud my guest left her purse she called when she got there they had went through her purse and stole her credit cards and social security card as far as the stay i would stay again perfect location restaurants and stores were 3 mins away

Room 335. Sunday Sept. 24. Bed was very comfortable. Having a couch was very nice. A Bistro in lobby was nice but did not take advantage of it. Close to interstate so traffic could be heard. This room was on the end so closest to traffic. Also trains in the distance. Despite these things we slept well after a long day of travel. Elevators were sufficient. Ice machine on our floor did not have ice. TV was quite large but was on the side of the bed so quite awkward. For the price breakfast could have been included. Breakfast was available in the Bistro but prices were far to high for the few offerings.

I enjoyed my stay the only issue for me was the bed was too firm for me I have osteoarthritis of the spine and both hips other than that every thing was great I would consider returning when I'm in town again.
