This property is being rehabbed. It is quirky and kind of fun. There is a swimming pool in the lobby.

Showed up and was given a double room instead of a king size room that I had booked. Outlet in restroom did not work so I had to do my hair in the bedroom area where the lighting was poor. Room had a total of 3 lights. One lamp by bedside, one lamp on desk (with no desk chair) and the light in the entrance area. The room they gave me was next to the pool which made it noisy with the swimming in the am and at night. It also has a room door leading to the other side (backside) entonces and had a door to the adjoining room next door. Total of 3 doors leading into another hall or room. Needless to say walls were thin to the point that the adjoining rooms alarm clock woke me up at 6am!!!! The person in the room let it sound for 20 minutes before snoozing it continuously for another 25! If you wanted To get up at 6:45 you should have just set it for that time! Horrible stay. No rest

Friendly staff

I can honestly say I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel in my life. I booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I (2 nights) and one for my mom (1 night) as she was having surgery the next morning. Upon getting to our rooms and unpacking, various basic aspects of the rooms were not functioning such as the lights, etc. Furniture was in HORRIBLE condition. I mean it seriously looked worse than coming from a garage sale. My mom went to take a shower & discovered she had no hot water at all. Since she had a lot to prepare for the next day, we packed up all our belongings and gave her our room, asking the front desk to relocate us. The next room they provided for us smelled AWFUL. Like old smoke and worst of all damp and moldy. It was so bad the guy who relocated us even admitted it was awful. So we asked for ANOTHER room (room #4 by now). This room also smelled terrible but by this time playing musical rooms with the front desk had taken so much time and it was very late so we just decided to settle in that room for the night. By the time we got unpacked again, it was almost 1am and we had to get up at 4am for her surgery. It was an extremely frustrating, exhausting experience. Honestly there were so many things wrong / bad with this property (pool being out of order etc) at this point I can’t even remember it all by now. I audibly heard multiple other people staying there complaining as well. I would NEVER recommend this hotel EVER.

they were very accommodating for my dog (who was reason for the trip for his medical care)

Love it - amazing pool and hot tub setup, free coffee, updated rooms. Business class internet and in-room Ethernet would be a great addition.

The stay was GREAT; this is where we stay every time. It’s always clean; staff is always helpful and very welcoming always there to help ; the breakfast is great; you order they make it bring it out to your table. 👍

The parking lot needs the cement,or concrete pavement repaired in many places. Otherwise everything else was really in good shape. Thanks for the stay.

Clean and comfortable

I purchased a non-refundable rate because I knew we were going to stay. We traveled over 13hrs and because we arrived after 0300 they refused to allow us to check in, said that their system resets at 0300. However when I phoned the hotel to inform them that we would have a late check-in no one informed me that if we arrived after 0300 we wouldn’t be allowed to check-in.

Beds good and comfortable & clean

The rooms had very little lighting and was extremely dark. Our room opened up to the indoor pool. There was another guest that started yelling at 3:20 am and woke up the floor. It took 20 minutes for hotel staff to get him to stop.

Hotel is going through some renovations. Would have been nice to know that, when i told them i wanted the second floor.

The girl at the front desk during check-in was very sweet. Same goes for the girl at check-out. VERY nice hotel. The outside doesn’t do it justice. They are doing renovations, but don’t let the deter you from staying here. The rooms are huge and very nice. For the price we paid for the two rooms we booked, we got way more than we expected. We had adjoining rooms which was very nice because our older children were in the other room. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

We had this reservation booked for a few months, and the week we were supposed to travel, we had a tragic family emergency. We reserved a nonrefundable room only because those are the only rooms that were available when we booked. When I spoke to Expedia about our situation, they agreed to refund our money as long as the hotel agreed. The hotel refused, stating that we had booked a nonrefundable room, so there was nothing they could do. Extremely disappointed with their decision. We will never stay at their property ever.

We woke up to loud construction above our room so had to switch rooms. Pool was out of order so unable to use.

Currently undergoing update construction, so half the rooms are being worked on.

Room was dated and smelled of mold, which was a complaint I heard from the other rooms in my party as well.

Overall was a great stay! We were able to have our dog and cat with us and parking was easy even with the uhaul trailer we are pulling. The only downside was our room had so many doors including a door and window that faced the pool which is fine but I wish the windows closed fully and had a blackout curtain because we had to use the chair to keep the outer curtains covering the window so we had privacy from that community area. Other than that the bed was comfortable and room was clean. Definitely would recommend and stay again.
