I've stayed here many times because I'm often traveling with my dog and this motel sets aside special rooms for pets. Parking is convenient and they provide a free hot breakfast every morning. Rooms are always nice and clean plus beds are comfortable. What more can you want while traveling up and down Interstate 95.

This was an overnight trip to see friends. The hotel is close to I95 and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

From check in to check out our stay was great. The front desk was spot on with an early check in. We found a great Asian grill for dinner less than 2 miles away. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable for us and our cat! Have stayed here before and will continue to stay on our way to FL as Snowbirds in the fall. Also the hotel breakfast is primo! The spread is incredible and selection as well!

Stay was just OK. Very noisy. People with a dog and a baby stayed next room over and we could hear every bark and cry. The floors were all buckled and I stubbed my toe on a lifted part so that it was bleeding! Breakfast didnt have much to offer and the eggs were tasteless. Mentioned the condition of the floor to the manager and she said they were due for renovation. Will probably give it one more try next year to see if improved.

Everything seems very clean here....we will stay again. Hotel Manager , {Constance or Connie} is very welcoming and friendly. Lobby is decorated so very nice. Breakfast is good....these people try hard! Very clean everywhere. I do not know the mans name who works there, but he is very friendly and accommodating also. Will stay there again.

Positives: Easy to find. Near by restaurants and shopping are a plus. National Historic site just down the road.
Negatives: needs more frequent routine maintenance done. Shower head leaked, tub didn't drain well, toilet handle needed to be "jiggled" all the time. Not as clean as I would have liked.

First impressions from the time we registered at the front desk to the time we left was top notch. Room was clean, property was clean and well kept and staff on top of things. Feeling of safety was important especially for my young son - no issues or concerns at all.

We really the friendly staff during check in and check out in the morning. The pool was so nice after a long day of driving. The breakfast in the morning was great, there was something for everyone there, and the hostess was very efficient and personable. This property is a motel. I didn't know Best Western owned motels, so that was my fault for not looking further into the listing.
While lying in bed, a roach crawled on me and I flung it off. After getting up to look for the roach to kill it, I discovered a dead bug under one bed and a medicine pill under the other. We also found a caterpillar crawling in the bathroom. This place clearly has a pest problem. While the beds were comfortable, this motel was also very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise from the road, people having conversations outside your room, and the car noise from the parking lot.
This motel is super overpriced and we would definitely not stay here again.

A friendly greeting at check in and great recommendation for dinner. The end room was clean and quiet throughout the 2 day stay. The pool was clean and refreshing not a bad thing in 90 plus temps. nice fresh towels. The breakfast spread was tasty and fresh, fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels, English muffins, wheat and white bread, Scrambled eggs, sausage , with cheese spinach or cold cereal if you prefer. Convenient to downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields.

WE stopped over on our trek from NY to NC and it was a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. the location was convenient to the highway and close to many restaurants. We would stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower did make a strange noise, but worked okay. There was a useful heat lamp over a rack in the bathroom for drying swimwear and towels.
The continental breakfast was excellent. There were lots of choices, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, and juice.
