We found several used items (shoes, plastic bottle, plastic cup, bottle cap) under the bed. A bedside table lamp was missing a bulb, we were told it would be replaced but this never happened. Lamp WITH bulb was not plugged in. We moved lamps around so we would have adequate light. We were comped a $3 bag of peanuts but that was sad! Other than this, room was quiet, clean, and coffee was good. Mattress was too soft.

Check in got our room cards said 261 got our luggage proceeded up to find our card did not unlock the door. Gentleman came down the hall that said he also was given the 261 card . We took our belongings back down to the desk. They gave us a different room. Comped our $15 parking and a voucher for breakfast.

Room only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. Pump soap and conditioner in shower empty. Toilet had brown stains under the rim. Starbucks coffee from lounge was barely warm. No way to heat up. Front desk insisted on charging snacks to room other than accepting cash or credit card. Housekeeping barged into room, to clean, one and a half hours before checkout, without knocking and announcing. Stepped on debris on floor due to improper prior vacuuming

The hotel it nice - always seems to be crowded with people attending local events or having events at the hotel. The rooms are nice, pretty basic in decor but always clean.
my only 2 complaints are the very low water pressure in the shower and the poor lighting in the rooms. Impossible to do your makeup if you care. ;) oh and the toilets flush so loudly it shakes the whole room. All good otherwise, nice little market in the lobby, a Starbucks, an ATM.. very nice staff.

Reserved a king but got a double. Sullen front desk staff, $15 charge for self park in a suburban office park, hotel room had one towel - ONE! Shoulda known this deal was too good to be true.

Had to pay for parking even though the garage was empty. Seemed like a unnecessary charge. Also when booking it only gave an option for purchasing 2 for breakfast and I was only one person. It ended up costing more for 1 person and was not clear in the reservation at hotels.com

Right off 95 so easy to get to. Took about 15 min to drive into Downtown Boston. So nice alternative if you are not staying directly in the city. Hotel was clean and nice. Almost has a hospital feel to it when you pull up and come in. But overall a nice place that stay and sleep for the night.

Our room had wet carpeting and it smelled like mildew. They did not have any other rooms available. I did not get any sleep because the mildew made me sick and when I left I had a terrible headache.

The standards of the hotel were not the usual Sheraton’ standards. Double beds were actually more like big single beds and we found quite a few hairs in the bathroom including on unusual spots such as on the door… it makes you think that cleaning is not their priority. Also, the air conditioning was terribly noisy, so we had to shut it down in order to be able to sleep. However, the staff was really efficient and kind. Especially the night staff at the front desk (the guy was really kind, helpful and empathic with me when I told him my daughter vomited and I needed new towels and bedsheets).
