We were in town for a show at the Videotron centre and chose this hotel for its easy access to the venue (less than a five minute drive). Front desk staffer that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and modern. This is the only place I've ever stayed at that provides you with cleaning supplies in your room so you can disinfect any areas you may be concerned about. Lots of free parking and there were even a few electric car charging spaces. The room was very quiet even though we were directly beside the elevator. One awkward thing I will mention is there is a (curtained) window in the shower stall that faces the main room. It was a little different and may be something to keep in mind if you plan to have guests in your room. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Continental breakfast is very minimal and you have to pay extra for it. They offer 20% discount at the restaurant but it is still a bit expensive

After an hour in the room, my daughter who is allergic to dust had a severe reaction. We could not sleep. The carpet and sofa in the room did not look clean. Room was really old and smelly. Do not recommend.

When I entered the room, wanted to work with my laptop. Wifi deficient, chair was terrible, almost fell, wasnt straight, called reception, they changed the chair. Went to shower, the water was pouring around that shower head. Out of the shower, noticed some hair stuck on the ceiling. I could hear the neighbors going to the restroom. Got to bed, not sure if I didnt have bug bed as my legs were stung (maybe it's not the exact word in English), bitten sort of. I took the sheets away, couldnt find any, but my legs were sore.
This hotel needs serious renovations. For the price I was charged...
That said, service from the hotel personnel is terrific. The affiliate restaurant at walking distance (200 feet) gives a 20% discount for people staying at the hotel, if you dont take the package that includes breakfast. Good, fast service, good food.

I liked that they had clean hardwood floors instead of carpet in the hotel room. The bathroom was clean as well. The fridge was useful too.

Not bad but not great. Friendly staff. Toilet ran like a faucet. No breakfast or even coffee except the little 1 cup maker in the room. Parking lot not adequate.

The staff is very friendly, we only speak english. They have a free shuttle bus available to the heart of the old city at 9am returning atb 4pm. If you drive its only a 15-20 minute drive to old city. If you book your trip directly through their website, then a continental breakfast is included free, free parking. Very nice stay

We had very good experience from the beginning till the end of our stay at Hotel & Suites. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was stacked to meet our needs. The front desk staff was polite to answer all our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

The first thing I noticed about the hotel was that it smelled good. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and smells good. In the room should the guest feel inclined to clean further. The lobby the hallways and the room were clean and smells good.

The urban room with two queen beds was cozy, nothing fancy. The housekeeping staff wouldn’t change the bed sheets during duration of the stay unfortunately.

Check-in was chaotic. The staff can't speak English and she really tried her best communicating. However, the other staff won't help and manager in the room right behind the desk was not helping much. It took her 3-4 times going back and forth asking the manager question that the manager finally comes out of the room explaining the payment situation.
Your normal, average family travel stay. Room is rather packed but it provides everything you'll ever need, even dish wash.

While a busy highway is nearby and the room was facing south, they've done an exceptional job with soundproofing and blinds: we slept as well as if we were in the countryside. Great food options in the immediate area in addition to the Normandin restaurants 50 steps to the south. Staff are friendly, prompt and attentive.
