Excellent customer service . Great price and it was clean.

No amenities at all and creepy neighborhood. The Denny’s nearby was good with friendly employees.

I liked the vibes. Staff was nice and it was easy to check in and out. No deposit which is always a plus. Unfortunately pool was closed but since I didn’t know it even existed until I got there I wasn’t too bothered. I was also busy with my other activities anyway. 😊😌😏😉

I didn't like that there was people in the parking lot area that were not hosts of the hotel... but what i liked is that the parking lot areas were well lite.

The shower didn’t work.
The pool was closed.
It was a waste of my money!
I won’t be coming here again!
They need a renovation asap because the vending machines were absolutely trash I wish they had Apple Pay on it instead of cash!
Other than that I had cozy bed that I loved so much.

Stay was just barely ok the clerk was less than inviting ,not to say she was rude but she looked and acked like she really hated her job and barked at me DO HAVE PETS!!!..i said calmly no i dont and the room was extremely cold and the Ac couldn't be controlled accurately it was freezing or off it appeared so i chose to freeze under a very thin comforter im not sure id go back i guess for the cost i won't get the Ritz Carlton but gezzz..of it spelled of industrial cleaners...not clean but overly sprayed with i dont know my opinion anyway

Although it's not in the greatest of areas, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room. It was very quiet and had a good nights sleep. I will be returning.

Most of the staff is friendly & I enjoy the fact I can have my animal with me ( daily fee of $10 for room cleaning) Due to high occupancy, the ice machine often does not work & one of the wahing machines are brokes (1 of 2) Hopefully they will both be fixed soon. I would return as well as recommend a friend. Seek a price for rooms on Expedia it may be a bit cheaper

The rooms were smelly the water nob on the shower was hard to figure out. It was very noise and didn’t feel to safe.

We enjoyed our stay, in a nice clean room. Great bathroom although id like the faucets in the tub/ shower to work better. Trying to take a bath with the shower head water coming down at the same time. Otherwise, we will be returning. My kitty enjoys it here as well. Thanks for having a pet friendly establishment.

This is a bare bones place! No nothing. No refrigerator or microwave (that was my fault because I didn’t notice it). No blow dryer. We had a packet of shampoo and a bar of soap. Happy we brought our own things. It was rare when we were able to get ice out of the ice machine…that I think is because I saw a couple of people come in with “plastic” grocery bags and filled them full. I guess no refrigerator means needing ice to keep things cold. I think for one or two nights it may have worked better for us…not four nights.

It was a Nice place too Stay for a Day or 2. Queen Size Bed, Shower , TV. That's all I needed. Amazing Location. Right off the 5 Freeway in Sylmar. 15 Mins from Magic Mountain. 10 Mins from my Families House. Would Definitely Stay There Again.

I noticed that the outdoor parking lot was well lit all night. Appreciated that the room was very clean.

Nice grounds. Zero amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee anywhere, and no tissues. TV mostly unwatchable because of constant pixelation. Fire alarm bells outside packed with bird nests. You would never hear them. Blood found on pillow case; not old blood either. Good thing I was only there one night.

I’m contacting the local authorities regarding the mold in the room. It’s a health hazard. I’m not an expert but a practically landed me in the hospital.

There was a mini leak in the bathroom, but overall was a clean room, all the light fixtures worked, and would recommend. The attendant at the front was very nice and welcoming!
