Property needs some renovations, chipped bathroom wall, floor had some stained water marks, - information provided said there was a hot tub - instead it was a shower with a bath tub, good location and service

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff whether it was the reception or restaurant staff. Quiet location comfortable room. On site restaurant is the place to dine. The complimentary mini bar is a great touch. We will be back

Wow! Outstanding winner of our best motel award. Friendly welcome and check-in ready. The newly installed units were amazing, extremely well appointed, warm and comfortable. We are certain that they would be as welcoming in hot weather. Great view across to the Flinders Ranges, and a first-class bathroom were the most significant aspects of our stay. Only a few of the 80 or so units have the view, as it is a single level motel. The only disappointment was that they do not provide a hot breakfast, in room or as a buffet, but provide an optional “boxed lunch”. Nonetheless it is difficult to fault. Recommend as good value.

Stayed 2 nights but our card stopped working after 10:30 the next morning if this happens to u just ask the staff to reload it for the rest of your stay that's what we had to do.

Large cabin with a big spa bath. Full kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning and large ceiling fan in main room. The nicest cabin I have stayed in at Port Pirie. I would definitely book again.

Excellent wifi (over 100mbit on my laptop and 70mbit or so on my ipad) and the complimentary welcome gift was a very nice touch. The pool was warm enough to swim in and having a slightly later check out time than most in the area was handy. Reception was friendly and enthusiastic. The room felt modern and had a quality interior, it was a lovely two night stay.
I'd stay again with enthusiasm!
Petty suggestions would include adding a set of cutlery to use with a microwaved meal or toast. Another would to be a bit more generous with tea bags (3 for a room which could have 3 guests without daily housekeeping felt a bit miserly, though there is the option to ask for replacements at reception). Similarly, a larger bin if it isn't going to be emptied daily would make sense.

We always stay here (as far back as 15 years) and the rooms and service have maintained excellence. There are inprovements being made at the monent and that is great as a refresh always freshens things up. The staff are always excellent.

Great time here, although only one night, as we are travelling back to NSW after visiting the west coast. We have stayed in many hotels over the past few weeks and this one ticked all the boxes. Even a complimentary mini bar pack on arrival after a long drive. Big room, great restaurant, pool and excellent staff. Staff went over and above to help & make our stay comfortable. Pleasant & happy.
