The stay was good but through out the night someone was slamming the room door and when the morning came around 7:30 there was some screaming in the hallway them. Had loud music plying outside around 8pm the morning

Hotel is out dated. Needs upgraded beds were spring and noisy. Staff were great. Elevator was scary kind of jumps when operating. Breakfast was amazing.

The toilet is next to wall, the toilet paper is not next to you to use. It is across the way on the wall. you have to get up and walk to wall to use the toilet paper.

Pass. Noisy. Pothole drive. Broken security doors. Over perfumed staircase to cover up smoking. Carpets awful…wrinkled. Ironing board cover with no cushion….board design on clothes. Awful tv picture. Contact paper elevator walls so faded/messed up. Breakfast tolerable at best. PASS.

The area was sketchy, a lot of people loitering in the parking lot. There were no laundry rooms to wash your clothing and the fire alarm went off twice in the early hours of the morning, for no reason.

The room was comfortable and clean. The only negative was a lack of housekeeping for the three nights we stayed there. No trash was emptied or fresh towels provided. We made the bed ourselves each day.

The bell boy tried to steal $100 dollars from me! The one with the glasses! He probably needed a tooth brush with all that white filmy gunk on his teeth! He needs to be fired trying to steal from your customers! That is BAD BUSINESS!

Big surprise. I didnt have much expectations for the price, but the room was comfy and clean and the breakfast was great. the only thing I didn't like the carpet, which looks old and dirty. overall, it has good value.

The photos were showing better then actual site. It's very run down. The lobby and breakfast eating were in better condition. The elevator made a lot of noise and we were afraid to use it. No venting in bathrooms on second floor,so they smell.I will not be going back there.

Motel is near Thunder Valley. Motel overall is clean and provides a nice breakfast. Only drawback is the bed pillows are overfilled and end up with beck pain.

like the easy access to on and off freeway. Do not like that there is no guest laundry, had to find a laundromat outside of the hotel, this was not very easy.

Unfortunately we had a very loud upstairs person and when the desk was called they said they would take care of it and then called back saying they room would stop but after about 20 min it started again of what sounded like jumping from beds and running back and forth. This kept going until almost 1am with short breaks everyone in a while. The next day in the afternoon the same sounds were happening. We did not call again because the first call did nothing. I would not stay here again unless I absolutely had too. But I guess you get what you pay for in this instance. Luckily our house renovation was done a day early and we checked out with still a day on our reservation.

Together by electrical tape. Room was incredibly hot a/c took 5p hours to cool room down. Bathroom never got cool. Pillows were terrible. Interior paint was poor. Caulking was poor in bathroom. Lighting in room was terrible. I will not be going back

Our stay was very pleasant, every staff member treated us with great respect and kindness. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

One hours after checkin someone mistakenly entered our room whike we were napping. No communication
And the fire alarm went off mistakenly after we went to bed while there was an actual wildfire 5 .miles away so I was unnerved.
