Absolutely loved this hotel! Easy check in and check out, clean, comfortable, great location and exceptional views. Will definitely be back! The only thing I could say negative is that we paid extra for breakfast and even though it was in warmers it wasn't hot. But again, the hotel was fabulous! Already talking about going back when the weather is nice to walk around...looks like there was some cool stuff to explore by the water.

Had to ask for extra pillows 2days in a row because the first they they never showed up. AC vents were not cleaned. Came back from the day out the the products we left on the night stand hand dust markings around them

Got in around 7 am and figured I would not be able to get my room early . The staff at the front desk not only got me a room but they got me a room on the 20th floor river view !! And a free meal voucher . I forgot his name but he was more than friendly , very welcoming to the city and gave me some recommendations on where to eat . Exceptional service !! Attached is the view of sunrise when I walked in to the room .

Due to unforseen circumstances around my business travel, I needed to modify my reservation immediately after booking it. I was able to get in contact with a customer service rep who assured me they had reached out to the hotel to modify my reservation and I would hear back from the hotel shortly. I reached out to the hotel on 3 different times this day and never heard back, but always left a message with my request and notifying them that I would not be checking in. I was blindsided to receive a notice from the hotel that I would be charged IN FULL despite not checking in and trying to reach them on multiple occasions with no response. I feel that this hotel took complete advantage of the situation and took no consideration into my experience or challenges during this trip. I have been in contact with the hotel and hotels.com and have received poor customer service and follow up. This has left me with the impression that they just want to take my money and do not care at all about their guests. I travel often for work and stay at hilton properties often, so this is a disappointment and I will continue to try to get my voice heard because how I was treated was wrong

Rooms are very dated and need to be upgraded. Especially the bathrooms. Amenities like coffee machines, lack of microwaves, room phone not working were not in line with a 4 star status. Staff were very detached and rude. Very poor customer service overall. Will never recommend a stay.

Water pressure was low and toilet didn't flush unless you hold the handle down and the iron didn't work plus some outlets didn't work

However on this recent wknd stay, there was no maid to make the bed after the first night & no fresh towels were put in our bathroom after the first night as well. I would still stay there again.

The room was fine, but our neighbor was vaping or smoking weed all night. There was a concert blaring right at the hotel that went on until ten at night. We were on the 16th floor and it was extremely loud. Probably not the best place for families.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, other than that, it is VERY weathered and worn. In addition the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom was awful and there was wine splattered on the wall in the room.

The experience of stay in Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing was terrible. This hotel has got the worst cleanliness standard. The staffs at the reception were very rude, and their behaviors were very unprofessional and lack of trainings. Firstly during my check-in, I was given a room that was not ready. Somebody and his suitcases were found still in the room after I opened the door of the room. When I came to the reception and asked why this happened, the staff was just trying to find excuses. I asked her please listen to me, she then just stepped back and crossed her arms over the chest. Secondly during my stay, no one came to clean the room.
The facility in this hotel was also bad. There was no kettle in the room. Even when I asked the reception for a kettle, I was told that no kettle is provide in this hotel.
I will not use this hotel again, and would not recommend people to stay in this hotel.

We enjoyed our time here. Our room on the 11th floor had a great view of the river and BF bridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and sink drains drained very slowly and our phone in the room didn’t work. The front desk said they were aware of these issues. Stayed Thurs-Sun and didn’t receive housekeeping. I guess we should have requested it. The rooms were pretty basic in terms of amenities — no robes or anything like that. The location was great for walking around and ride share pick ups. The indoor pool and outdoor balcony on the 4th floor were nice.

When we checked in, we were given a room that was not cleaned when we got to it - bed unmade, towels on floor, opened closet. Then, out new room had two pieces of (?) dog kibble on the floor. The themostat was stuck on 60, but the room felt hot and stuffy. Fan did not adjust when I tried to move it. Our bed smelled like ??? and the room almost had a moldy smell to it. Hard to sleep wondering WHAT was causing the smell. Not the best stay.

The Hilton at Penn's Landing was an amazing stay for both my partner and I. We took a red eye flight and the staff at Hilton came through completely to accommodate our early arrival. The view was amazing, the bed so comfy, and the shower was one of the best I've had in my life. Accessibility through and across town by public transportation is also a plus. And the pool and dry sauna were everything we needed to take a load off.

My niece and I came into town for a concert and had a great time and a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved how it was within walking distance of the some great attractions or even a short bike ride. Can not wait to come back and stay again.

We had a river view- phenomenal! Breakfast buffet was good.. there was a variety to choose from. Stayed here because we were attending a concert at Freedom Mortgage Pavillion. Will definitely do it again. The ferry ride is right by the hotel.

The room A/C and refrigerator did not work. Parking onsite is insanely high and not the advertised price. You can park one block away for $20 vs $55 at the hotel for 24 hours. Both times we attempted to get food at the hotel restaurant (two different days) I was told the kitchen wasn’t accepting any orders at the moment and the one server was overwhelmed (I was looking for take out). WiFi was weak and TV options were very outdated. Location was great and hotel was clean but for the extremely high price and the brand you certainly expect more than what you got.

Our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan in it, parking on Saturday night was a mess, we had to park in valet parking because the regular spots for residents were full. The area at Penns Landing is very busy, as far as tourist and locals enjoying the area. Overall we enjoyed ourselves though other than those areas that I discussed.

We stayed at two hotels during our ten day stay. One was the Marriot Downtown, and the other was this one. They were totally different and each had its own vibe. This one was kind of isolated, very quiet, and not crowded even though there was some kind of conference there. The place shuts down after 9 or ten. I tried to get a drink and there was no place to get one. It was nice and clean and I would stay there again.
