Night shift at the front desk very unprofessional she was smoking contraband on the side of the facility

Property is clean and convenient.

This is the second time my family stayed here. We were here to visit my son to do work on his place so it is important for a goodgood night’s sleep in a clean hotel. Marriott has a réputation to uphold so we know we will never be disappointed.

Staff was accommodating/customerservice was quite good.

To start off the room was not cleaned throughly. Next to the bed had not been vacuumed at least in a week and there was hair all over the bed skirt of our bed that was not ours. Secondly, the pool was freezing cold. They said it was heated to 82 degrees at all times so we took our thermometer down there and it was 71. So our kids could not swim on the morning of check out like we planned since a couple of the kids woke up with a cough. None of the staff came and squeegee the floor while we were in the pool even though multiple people came in to change the towels. Kids were slipping and it was dangerous. Lastly, they leave ear plugs next to the bed so you can block out noise for a good night sleep. The noise they are speaking about has to be from the HVAC system/Room AC. It was no noisy and loud every time it came on we were woken up multiple times and hardly got any sleep. I tried just turning it to the low setting so it will stay on constant but it switched back to Auto and would not stop but the room was too hot to turn it off. Will not be staying at that specific hotel again.

Great property very friendly staff but the room we were in did have a spider issue. we killed 5 of them we let the front desk know.

Property needs renovation.

Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. when we arrived at the property, the entire common area, checkpoint and front desk area, was ridiculously hot as their air conditioning broke. We totally understand when things happen, but their attitude about it was horrible. When I asked them about it, the woman said how would you feel if you had to work here? When we went to bed last night we asked for extra pillows for the pullout sofa and a woman came to the door 45 minutes later with a sheet. We told her it was supposed to be pillows. She said she’d come back but never did so. Our kids slept without pillows. When I woke up in the morning and went down and said something to the front desk, she said oh what do you want me to bring your pillows now and I said we’re leaving today and she goes oh you’re just telling me about it. Is that it? When I called Marriott corporate to let them know what was going on they said that I had to take the matter up with Expedia that they had no way of controlling it since I booked her for third-party, which makes me not want to book through Expedia anymore either. It is as if we have no Recourse if something happens We asked for a room on the opposite side of the train track because when we got to our room, we found out their earplugs next to the bed. They refused to move our room. So unless you’re desperate, don’t book this property because you’ll hear the train all night long as well.

The property was very convenient to the Proving Grounds &clean. The kitchen well stocked. However while I know a sofa bed is not as comfortable as a regular mattress it was like sleeping in bare springs.if the suite is advertised as 2 sleeping areas the pull out should be sleepable. There was no air conditioning in the common areas and in 90 degree weather unbearable. The dining room was so hot even the fans that were there did not help. When we spoke to the front desk they were very short and said there was never air. As Bonvoy members we are used to better

Toilet kept running Lobby air conditioning out

The AC was out in the halls and lobby our entire stay, however, rooms were not affected. The one elevator needed repair which was done quickly and satisfactorily. Stay was fabulous regardless of this! Just wish the bar was open, it never was.

Typical Residence Inn. Solidly comfortable but nothing fancy. The iron in my room didn't work, but decided not to bother with getting a replacement since my clothes were passable.

The staff was nice, The lobby and public areas was hot and not air conditioned.

Great place with friendly and accommodating staff!

It's a nice and clean place to stay. The room is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, etc. and thus ideal if you are going to stay for a few days. The staff is super friendly. The only concern is the train horn from the nearby SEPTA track, but I still have a good sleep.

We had a great stay here. Room was great, pool and gym were very nice and it is in a perfect locstion. Staff was very helpful too. Only negative were the ac was loud but that was all.

We booked a one bedroom and were put in a studio. Night manager said because we booked 3rd party via Expedia we would not be given a one bedroom based on availabilty while person right before me had the same issue but was given a one bedroom because he booked via Marriot??? I paid money for a one bedroom too, regardless of the booking site. I should be given what I paid for and booked months in advance!
