The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. We were there for sports but it was clear that they were supporting those traveling for work. Everyone from management, front desk, waitress and people who were cleaning the rooms went out of their way to make sure our experience was great.

The rooms are nice and had comfortable beds. Water pressure in the shower was not great, the pool was pretty small and the water was green. Not much around the property, other than a pub (food was ok) or Pizza Hut.

Front desk employee Monet was professional, helpful, patient and so nice. MS Monet even greeted me with a big smile that made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The other staff member known as “The School Teacher” was also very professional and nice as well both ladies get 1000 stars from my experience

Michael at registration could not have been nicer. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for repairs but things happen. The room was very comfortable and clean with free wifi. A very nice place to stay!

One of the elevators was out of order. My room had extremely loud noises like pipes banging.

Sha’ ron was a great host and I had to problems checking in, she made me feel welcome and the room was clean smelled great and it was quiet the whole evening while I got my rest. I definitely recommend for older couples, couples and singles and people with children, I would call ahead to Accommodate a room on the further side of the building to consider others.

The hotel, my room, and the entire staff I encountered were all wonderful!! The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room looked brand new and the bed was amazingly comfortable!

Terrible. My son and I both got sick. My son very badly, couldn’t breathe, sore throat etc. it was so bad that had to take him to the emergency room because he was crying and couldn’t breathe. We had to check out early and after six hours away from the hotel his condition improved dramatically. Unfortunately he was unable to play in the baseball tournament (which was the reason for the trip). The hotel totally ruined our entire trip.

Our room was very nice. They are renovating the hotel and we must’ve stayed in an updated room. The breakfast staff was amazing. Super friendly and so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Didn’t like that they charged me for there grocery store vending area when I didn’t use it. But other than that it was a good experience.

It was a very nice hotel. It was spacious, the breakfast was great and have a wide variety and we had the whole pool to ourselves. It was perfect for the overnight stay that I needed last minute.

After a long day on the road, having a hotel right of the exit was refreshing. The building and grounds very well maintained. The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff recommended the Riversedge Pub which was walking distance with grest seevice and food. We will stay again.

I really enjoy this hotel. The suites are large with a mini kitchen and comfortable bed. The hotel is pretty quiet. A bit of traffic noise in the morning from the highway, but not a big deal. Service at check-in is always great. They are currently renovating some areas, but it has never affected my stay
