Very nice, lovely hotel with a gorgeous lobby. Rooms were very comfortable. Delicious warm cookies at check in. Yum!

Very welcoming, very friendly staff and beautiful building. Peaceful, extremely clean and relaxing. Short walk to The Stanley which made it nice to not have to fight with traffic.

First room we entered the bathroom was disgusting, pubic hair all over the bathroom, poop stains in the toilet.
Second room, trash still in the room from previous guest, fridge full of food from previous guest.

Rude staff. We arrived at 10 pm for late check in on August 23rd. The main hotel door was locked and no one would answer the phone number provided on the notice at the door. Mercifully a guest arrived who let us in with their key.
When staff was advised they don’t acknowledge or apologize. Instead in response said “what’s up” rudely and behaved the same way with another guest after us.
The elevator was dirty and the room basic. The place is expensive for what they offer, which is minimal.

Our room was absolutely magnificent! We had a small sitting area with a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel restaurant and it was the most delicious food we’ve had in a very long time. Our server for dinner and breakfast were both amazing. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Very disappointed that we could not have breakfast here!!!! Only one person was on duty and could simply not keep up as waiter, cook and server. After 20 minutes we gave up and left….
The evening service for food and drink was great.
We’ll survive but we are now way off schedule….

Great overnight stay while traveling through. Would definitely have liked to stay a few days! Very clean, comfortable, nice staff, & a n interesting history. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area!

The room we had was very quiet. I liked the layout of the room as the bedroom and livingroom allowed my friend a place to work while i could watch a show. The mansger greeted me by my name every time i saw him.
