Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel itself.
Received a call on 11/6 stating there was a hotel leak & some rooms were flooded, hence their cancelation of our reservation.

The hotel is ok. The TV was good, and the bed is ok. The floor was dirty and the steps to the 2nd floor is not that good. I booked a 1 King bed, but when I got there, there were no more king beds available. They gave me 2 gueen beds. There was a table in the room, but there is no room around it. The heater in the room did not work. And the microwave oven did not heat the food like it should. The glass inside the microwave oven did not turn like it was supposed to. I checked out early and the hotel did not want to refund me.

I was charged twice for a smelly. , old room. But got my money back. Bathroom was scary. I wasn't happy there.

When I went to check in, the manager was not there and the person he left in charge did not know how to check in customers using a debit card. He had us pay cash for our stay and then did not give a receipt when checking out. When I tried to ask for an extra key, she did not understand what I was saying. She was not help at all. I was very disappointed in my stay at this place. I am never going back to this facility again. It was such a disappointment

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!! If I could upload photos to this review nobody would ever stay! I asked for clean sheets and they did come change the bed at least but I cannot believe the filth in this room.

The people were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

For the price, it was what I expected and it was the only motel with rooms available so that told me something also. I would not stay again, nor would I reserve on hotels. com since you have to pay up front and there are no refunds, no matter what. Motel bed was all right, corners of room and other areas needed cleaning. The outside matches the inside. Pictures on website are nicer than actual room. Restaurant next door had a grease fire in the kitchen.

Its an older building, but Globe is an old mining town and I understand this. I was very pleased that the lobby was very nice and the rooms were clean and updated. It had a refrigerator and microwave which is important.

Needed a room for just one night before a weekend motorcycle tour. Hotel was clean, management was friendly and helpful. Rate just seems a little pricey for a very basic (but clean and well kept) room in a cr**py little town like Globe.

There are only 2 negatives I could post about this stay. I asked for early check in, and when I got there I had to wait for 5 hours to check in and get a couple of hours rest. Some time in the past, there was a water leak and there was a stain in the roof and some of the wall paper had pealed.
Plus: Room was clean, bed comfy, Tv worked fine. Did not try internet, but it looked like it was there. Good restaurant right next door.

We were surprised to find the convenience
of a microwave and a refrigerator in our room which was appreciated.

The issue of the hotel room was that the air condition did not work and the shower was broken along with the restroom that would flush, we had to use a trash can fill it with water to flush.

Handy Hotel to the old town part of Globe. Good clean basic accomodation. Close to good food outlets.

We chose this motel because it had some excellent reviews. It is in a good location for visiting Globe. It appears to be family run and the rooms have been recently painted, new drapes, new carpet...great place for the money. Worth checking out..good restaurant next door. also includes a pool.

The hotel needs minor repairs in the bathroom. Walls are dirty. Customer service was slow.

Outside looked a bit rundown. Was formerly a Motel 8 and everything in the room had Motel 8 on it. Room had been redone and was very fresh and things looked new. Continental breakfast was not available at time advertised so we went next door for breakfast.
