Quite in town for a wedding. Sharon the day shift front staff made our arrival special. Very nice and informative of the area.

Breakfast needs to be improved. The woman who helped with the breakfast area was a hard worker. Overall staff were helpful and pleasant. Furniture in room could be updated.

Very clean and updated. Staff at the desk were amazing - kind and professional. We had an issue with the neighboring room (they locked multiple dogs in there all day and they barked incessantly) and they handled it with much professionalism and promptly.

This hotel was perfect for our group of 3 for our time in Asheville. The location was perfect! Everything was within a 5 to 10 minute drive that we needed to do. The room was spacious enough that we had room to spread out. Everything was clean. We had all of the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff is very friendly at the front desk was so wonderful to us and the staff and breakfast and even our housekeepers were all very accommodating.
I highly recommend staying here during your trip to Asheville, The quality of accommodations and amenities and the price are absolutely perfect!

The room was fine, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, lots of space. Staff was friendly & accommodating, breakfast was good (hot options every morning in addition to cold items), coffee/tea available all the time. I appreciated the free parking and breakfast; this was the best hotel option for the best price (& good reviews) when I was searching. Quick 6 minute drive to downtown, several well-known restaurants within a couple of blocks. My only disappointment was that I could not relax outside on the patio during my down time because of the bear who lives in the adjoining woods!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The bearded front desk person, Ron(?) was excellent! Very welcoming and extremely helpful. The facilities were very good. The gym had good equipment. Would stay there again.

We liked the price of our stay but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the poor quality of the breakfast, and the limited parking for guests.

Very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent that there is a Carrabba's Italian restaurant in the parking lot next door. Free breakfast everyday in lobby is good, but busy with so many people. The only bad thing about the location is the drive is very steep and narrow and you can only turn right onto the main road

We have been traveling for over three weeks and this was by far our favorite hotel. Rob, at the front desk, was so welcoming. The room was big and comfortable. The fitness room was clean and in great working order. We were close to the Bilrnore Estate, too.
