This was first stay here. There were a few things I found inconvenient:
1) The only ice machine was on the main floor and my room was on the third floor.
2) I had the option to make coffee in my room but not tea. I can't tolerate coffee but enjoy a cup of hot tea in the evening.
3) The hot drink station in the breakfast area was shut off except for breakfast time so I could not even get a cup of tea there.
4) I was there 2 nights and nobody checked my room after the first night and I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and conditioner. I did not receive fresh towels for the second night.
I have stayed at another hotel in the area and they had an ice machine one every floor, a hot drink station in the lobby all day, as well as the ability to make tea in the room, and they check the room daily.
Being a hotel by Marriott I expected at least the same amenities.

This hotel was dirty. The hallways and elevator need a deep cleaning. The rooms needed updating. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast downstairs not cared for or cleaned well. Overall probaly a 4 out of 10.

When first entering our room, we were hit with a very strong mildew smell. The smell only got stronger each time we left the room and came back. There was mold near the ceiling in the bathroom and a large dark stain on the mattress that was visible through the sheets. Disappointed with the cleaniness of the room with having 3 littles with us.

Great room, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. SpringHill was in the center of Frankenmuth, easy for shopping, sightseeing, and dining.

Had a spider on the ceiling and stink bug on the wall but other than that the room was very clean. Staff wasn't too friendly but it was a full house and maybe they were burnt out (they were not rude...just not friendly). Price was a bit high for my taste, but since there were only 4 rooms left in the entire town between all the major hotels; beggars can't be choosers.

Hotel was very nice, however it took a while to check not because they were busy but because staff was complaining about management. The room itself was big with lots of extra space but the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the mirror was gross, there was soap scum in the shower and dirty shoe prints on the floor.

The hotel was average. About what I paid for it. Close to walking to other restaurants and bars. Overall, decent. Not the best place. I’ve stayed in Frankenmuth, but it was nice.

Close to everything in Frankenmuth is about it. Besides Tracee at the front desk who was very friendly it was not good. The room was dusty, the cleanout trap cover in bathtub fell off ,dirty clothes from past guest, tv didn't work and bathroom floor was dirty. Also that was our second room. The first had a high squealing noise from ac unit that couldn't be fix.This room was also very dusty.We visit the Frankenmuth area numerous times and stayed at many hotels ,this includes the other Marriott. This is the worst.

Stayed here (Room #326) for couple of days during the July 4th weekend. Overall experience was average since (a) We had issues with dust whenever the A/C fan was on, (b) No exhaust fan in the bathroom, (c) Seemed like we had a broken toilet with a slight incline, and (d) There was no room service on the second day to at least pick-up trash/soiled towels and replace with fresh towels.The only positive about this hotel is its location.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and there were areas in and around the shower with mold. There was always a smell of marijuana inside and outside the building. Will not stay there again. Bathroom is gross....

IT was very convenient to everything. The room was not cleaned every day, even though I asked them to. A housekeeper brought some new towels, but did nothing else. The sheets had stains on them. The room was not vacuumed even after they said they were there. Disappointing.

The glasses at sink were dirty upon arrival, no fresh drinking water for guests in lobby-was faucet water left there for days, blood on comforter covered by bedspread-found after 2 days, carpet stains, previous guest medication left in fridge, mold inside of ice bucket lid, mildewed shower curtain

Walls are paper thin got no sleep, called reception who said they would deal with it nothing was done TV blaring one side foghorn like voices the other and banging on the wall.
Recommend if you wish to party, not the place to be for peace and relaxation in our experience.

Comfortable but the room was not all the way clean. Bath tub had others hair in and the trash was till in there from before. Staff friendly. Pool was great my kids loved it!

Great hotel, room was very spacious. The hotel staff was friendly. The only problem was TV placement in the room... Couldn't see it well from the couch or the bed, it was stuck on a stand in the corner. Everything else was great.
