Worst checkin experience of my life. And I travel a lot. First off, the key to the room did not work. Then I called the front desk. Instead of them doing the right thing and bringing the correct key to me; they made go back to get the right key.
Then they sent me to the wrong room where I barged in and scared the hell out of this guy whose room it actually was.
But the worst part of it was that they showed ZERO remorse and blamed me for not knowing the room!
Nasty people..... And I live and work in New York City.....

What a Gem of a find. This place was Clean modern quiet, the room was well equipped they had everything you could need. I have been in Vegas Hotels that were not as well equipped.

Highly recommended this hotel for any visiting to the Stockbridge, MA area.

The room was comfortable. The hotel has been renovated. At $625 for the night, I would expect central air conditioning, not a glorified window unit. The water pressure was weak. The staff was friendly and attentive.

It was off the road and as a result, very quiet. Great Barrington is not that big a town to begin with, but seemed like we were all completely removed from activity.

We were on a room right off the elevator and initially I was worried about morning noise. Happily I found that the room was very soundproof and I wasn’t disturbed at all by outside noises.

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Always greeted you hello and said goodbye when you passed them. The property is well maintained and had a good breakfast buffet.

Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ski Butternut!

Fabulous, friendly staff. Bed creaked a little, pillows not comfortable for me, need soundproofing between rooms. Loved the spaciousness of the room.

Very nice accommodations. Robin was at the desk for check-in and was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and well furnished. Shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast room was as expected and hostess very accommodating. Close to Great Barrington and Stockbridge which were two towns we were visiting. We will stay there again when visiting the area.
