Candy from the Executive Floor took care of our checkin. What a welcome. She recognized us, after an absence of nearly 5 years. (Covid etc) The Lounge was our favourite place for Breakfast, High Tea and Happy Hour, Besides Candy also Rocky and Jack looked after the super service. The Lotte is our favourite Place in Saigon fot the last 10 years

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the abundant water bottles. The breakfast was great, but too many items were not hot like the potato wedges, pancakes and waffles.

The check-in staff BS too much. She told me she upgrades my room when I told her I am an Expedia VIP customer. But truthfully she didn't do a thing. I booked 2 Deluxe room and I got exactly what I booked. I don't mind or care, but what bothers me is that she acted like she is giving me a favor when she didn't do anything.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel.

As I stated in an earlier review, I was denied for my breakfast to go box- as I had an unexpected minor hand surgery which required me to fast; the breakfast I had paid for- not an extra benefit from the hotel! However, after my review was sent, the breakfast staff treated my husband and I extremely nice on the following day. We appreciated efforts from Ms. Barbara Tran, My Điep and her staff who were all very helpful and super nice. Yet, we didn’t receive any formal apology from hotel restaurant.

Fantastic stay. Pool area is on a par with a beach resort hotel, and probably the best in HCMC. Hotel restaurants are reasonably priced, but offer excellent quality, the breakfasts were fantastic.
