Staff were very friendly and helpful

This was a charming, historical hotel. Our room had a beautiful river view with a balcony and a marble fireplace. The bathroom was tiny but that didn't matter to us at all. The front desk receptionist was wonderful; welcoming, knowledgeable, and with great suggestions local activities.

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy walk to the train station and many food opportunities in the area. Arrived at noon and waited for someone to enter the building so we followed him in. Never received the access code, to initially enter. Once in the room was quaint and clean.

I liked the location.. close to the canal and places of importance.

Tourelles is a basic hotel right along the waterfront and within easy walk of public transportation. It’s in the downtown, so it’s loud. It’s an older hotel, so there’s no a/c , and opening the window to the balcony means letting the significant noise and light in. The bathroom is tiny but had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. The staff are friendly. It met our needs perfectly; we just had a hard time finding the promised nearby public parking. To be clear, there is NO parking at the premises though they do provide a discount ticket to offset the parking fees. Did I mention its in a great location?

Beautiful old building carved up into hotel rooms. Probably about as good as one could hope for. Good location close to 5 star amenities. Not sure the advertising matches the results. Still, reasonable value for reasonable price. A bit loud but maybe higher would have been quieter. Clean and safe.

Lovely location. It felt very french and authentic. It was quite old fashioned but that gave it a romantic feel. Bathroom very small. The balcony area was lovely for a morning cup of tea and looking over the river. Staff were lovely.

Nice room, water view and lovely sitting area (I think because I had a double..?). no A/C or washer dryer. Bathroom very small. Limited front desk service. Homeless people out front, loud sirens all night. Slightly sketchy area

Room has a weird smell when checked in. But still acceptable since we only stayed for 1 night.

We decided the hotel was totally misrepresented. Our reservation was for 2 beds the 1 bed wasn't even a full size. The bathroom was not hygienic, the neighborhood was no where near old town. In addition, the staff was rude, argumentative and not willing at all to accommodate. We left and stayed at a different hotel loosing $380 because they would not honor our request.

The location was perfect. It was clean and practical. The reception was closed during arrival but I had no hard time getting in.

Cute place to stay!

If you are going to book this hotel, just be sure you see a photo of the bathroom in the room you are booking. The first room we booked had a bathroom that I would have paid more to avoid. However, the bed was broken in that specific room and they staff was absolutely accommodating in transferring our room the next day, and the bathroom in the new room was much more appealing.

Perfect little hotel with all amenities. Bathroom was a tad small. But view was spectacular especially with the sunshine. Close to all shops, cafes and bars. Staff super friendly. There is a small lift to help get back to room after a long day of exploring. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, view was wonderful.. Had to carry luggage up some stairs to the elevator. The info about the transport card was fantastic and allowed us to travel all around the city for free! Bathroom was a bit small but private and manageable. Would stay again!!!

Clean and good location

The hotel location is great, very close to touristic areas, good connections with public transportation. The room was exactly what I imagined from reading other reviews. It was comfortable and it had everything that I needed. The hotel staff was very helpful, they kindly asking a few questions I had about transportation and getting around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

A very old but quaint property, a little overpriced for the condition of the rooms and building. A great location overseeing the Rhone River and downtown Geneva. Buses and cable cars run right in front of the hotel. A very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location as only about 7 mins walk from the raiway station, vry close to old town and all sights walkable such as the Jet d'eau and cathedral. Would have been nice to have some aircon, yt at keast there was a kargecwinfow that fully opens and a fan

Never got an email with a code to enter hotel and reception desk closes at 3pm

They retried my credit card details without informing me or prewarning me. Refused to acknowledge it and just havent replied to any of my emails regarding it. Wouldn't recommend.

Service, comfort and location all good.

Clean hotel in a very nice location. It is dated. It was very warm when visiting. There is no air conditioning. Definitely 2 star, would have given more if had air conditioning .

Amazing old hotel right in the heart of Genève! Walk to Everything or sit on the deck and watch the river wash by! Loved this place!!

Good

Old building, everything you see is old. The closet door can't even close. Room is clean, size is decent, bed was okay. But you can clearly hear the voice from next door. And the wifi is like doesn't exist, you can only connect the wifi in bathroom and still super weak reception. The bathroom is suuuper small, the shower can fit 1 skinny person with standstill.
