We had to strip the beds as the sheets were dirty the room was dirty. We could not even take a shower as it was dirty. When I addressed the issue with the front desk all the girl said was do you want a receipt. We will not be staying at this property again. It was the worst service I’ve ever had at this property.

The weather being oregon, was raining and wet and there was no rug outside the entry door or inside the room to be able to wipe your wet or muddy feet on. What was most uncomfortable was the fact that the heater had a dripping water sound in it the whole time and never adequately heated the room. One issue was the thermostat on the wall had no numbers on it so I did not know whether sliding the lever up or down would make it hotter. I tried both and it stayed the same temperature in the room which was quite chilly.
As far as the service is concerned I went in around 2:00 to get my room and I had asked for a first floor room and I was told I would need to wait after 3:00. At 3:30 I returned to the same moment I talked to an hour and a half before and gave her my name again and asked her for the first floor room that she told me I could come back and get in an hour and when I requested that room from her her to response was if I have one available. Well she was the one who told me to come back after 3:00 to get that first floor and then at 3:30 it seemed to be inconvenient for her.

The room was no smoking. it smelled so bad we had to leave the room. my wife took her allergy meds to keep her throat open. The sink facet was held in place with silicone sealant.

I paid for a room with a queen bed and a fridge. Was put in a room with 2 doubles and no fridge. Made sleeping crowded for 2 in the same bed, impossible to access the bed from both sides, and the food we were going to refrigerate spoiled. Such a shame, since I specifically paid a higher price than the lowest rate, because the room was supposed to have those amenities. Will likely never stay in a Motel 6 again.

It smelled like deer no maid service I stayed days in coos Bay motel and never got any toiletries or sheets changed I had to go ask for towel my room was suppose to have a microwave but didn't no shampoo no toilet paper only good things are pets allowed and a 24/7 laundry matt for customers to access but the first washed ate my quarters so it was not a good trip in fact it really sucked

Very warm and humid in the room on a mild, dry day in the fall. Room smelled of stale old cigarette smoke and mold. No screen on the window so couldn’t open it for any relief. Linens seemed clean, but dirty bathroom wall and shower. The “fan” hardly blew any air. Had high hopes after our Motel 6 stay in Santa Barbara, very disappointed.

I appreciate being able to travel with my pets. The room was clean and very modern. Shower had very low flow which was a little frustrating. The staff was very courteous.

Terrible!! Did not have our rooms even clean at check in. They told us we would have our rooms ready by the time we got back from our event-coming back at midnight they told us they had given our rooms away (we had two children with us as well!). The woman did not show good support or customer service. We had already paid $300 for two rooms. We had to leave and go hotel hunting at midnight! Also very sketchy place and didn't feel very safe. Do not recommend.

I will say the staff at check in was nice. But when it came to our room, not so much. Our first encounter on our way to the room, was with a old, run down, motor home that someone was obviously living in, parked right across from our room. But we decided to let that go. The room however, smelled like urine, and after seeing what looked like an animal having been locked in the bathroom due to the scratching and gnawing around the inside of the door, it was pretty clear why it smelled like that. Because we had been driving for 10 plus hours and were exhausted, we decided to tough it out for the night. I was in town to be with my brother who was passing away and I really needed some rest for the next couple emotional days that were coming. But the rest unfortunately didn't happen as the AC unit was rattling all night long, like something was wrong with it. Not to mention the room next us had their TV on really loud the entire night and people talking and partying. The next day we spoke with the front desk and told them about everything and they said they would get back to us later and put us in a different room. But that was the last we ever heard about it. My wife stayed at the Motel while I was with my brother and she let them know she would be there when they were ready. She even checked back in with them, so it wasn't like they couldn't get in touch with us. I will be back in the area for my brother's memorial Labor Day weekend, but I will not be staying here again.

I had been driving all day by the time I checked in to get my motel room. I had arrived about 15 min early. The room wasn't ready yet, I had to wait till 3pm. I like Motel 6, and will continue to stay at them in the future. The Springfield location isn't as nice as some that I've been to, but the room was clean, comfortable, and I slept nicely.

Check in was Rude, Nasty, Unprofessional and did not listen to our needs, then not in the least bit helpful or understanding.
A recap. My husband is handicapped and we travel with a dog we request ground floor (which was expressed when making reservations). We had also explained during reservations that we were here for a medical procedure.
Upon check in the desk clerk checked us in then proceeded to tell us our room was on second floor, when we told her this was not what we requested she became snippy. My husband is standing there with eye patched and using a cane and AFTER checking us in informed us there was no elevator!! I requested our reservation be canceled and money placed back onto our card, she told us she would have to check with her manager and ‘if’ approved we would get our money back in 5 to 10 days.
We are retired folks and cannot afford money held up like that, so reluctantantly took the room. No help was offered as I struggled to get my husband up the stairs, came back down for our dog and made third trip for overnight bag.
The room was clean, maid service very friendly when asked for second pillow.

Everything went smoothly! The staff was great! The only thing I would say could be better but this is more of the dog owners is cleaning up after your dog. The motel itself and staff was awesome! Well worth the money!

There was about an 1/2" space between the door and frame. I felt very unsafe. The lock on the door was also flimsy.

Lot's of strange activity going on outside during the day and night, and people loitering making it a worry to leave my car in parking lot. Loud noises from the surrounding rooms. Found needle caps around my door and someone tried to open my door at 2/3am. Fan did not work well, was very hot during the stay. Overall, this may have made me never stay at a Motel 6 again unless it was an emergency.

When we checked in the front was ok. I made the reservation, but wasn’t in my name. She asked for my ID , and it surprised me. She scanned it. I was with the party checking in. Guess thats co. Policy?
I miss the instant coffee and the small shampoos and conditioners. Only one roll of tissue for two people? It a bare bones basic room, but for the price, you get what you get.
There was hair on the bathroom floor. Long black hair. This was before we used the facilities 😜🙁. There only blackout curtains. No sheer curtain to let the light in, yet to have privacy…I thought that was disappointing.
Staying for one night was ok.
I guess I’m used to staying in nicer hotels with more amenities. We wanted something nearby and inexpensive, and your motel was the best choice.

We've stayed in Motel 6 in the past, but this was by far the worst we've ever experienced. Upon our check-in, we had issues with the television (wifi) which didn't get repaired until the third day we were there. Then the next day we realized that the lamp with a power source did not work which delayed the charging of our electronic devices. Almost each day that we left and returned, we had to get a new card key for the room because the previous one no longer worked. Lastly, the room service was terrible. Out of our six day stay, we only received one day of room service (which we personally requested) and the person in charge of cleaning our room didn't even clean the bathroom. We were very disappointed at the service we received and will not return in the future.
