The outside parkingl ot was completely dark and only one light on inside the building that I saw. I did not end up staying here, because i did not feel safe with it just being myself.

Very, very quiet. We were saying this might be our quietest one we've been in in 12 motel stops. They did say- no continental breakfast. There was no bar soap in the room. Heater hard to regulate.

Not a brand new hotel, but the hotel was very clean as well as the rooms, staff was friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. It was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at and I will gladly stay there the next time I am in Buffalo.

Entering the hotel, smelt like dead mice.
Everything was out of order, elevator, ice machine, soap machine to wash clothes. No breakfast, had stale coffee. The outside door by hallway was unlocked to the public to enter.

No ice, no breakfast, old beds, dingy sheets, filthy remotes. Refrigerator didn’t work, elevator didn’t work. Stained carpeting everywhere. Debris along edges of room and hallways. Rude service. Dirty windows in the inside. Threatening signs regarding anything and everything that may happen to their premier property. Exit door on one end of hall could not be opened from the outside. Staff insisted it could. Others couldn’t open it. Stated it remained unlocked. Wanted a receipt in the morning. No ine available I could go in. It should be shut down.

There were many deficits. Elevator and ice machine were broke; however the staff did provide ice when requested. In the room there was shampoo and conditioner but no soap. The Kleenex box on the bathroom was empty. Breakfast was advertised but not available when we were there. Was ok since the price was right.

After exploring all day, it was time to find a place to sleep and I have chosen Buffalo Inn. Rooms looked, like I like it! Check-in very friendly and simple. Bed was soooo comfortable and shower had good pressure. I would stay here again!

This hotel is no frills, but clean, comfortable and quiet. They refurbished it a couple of years ago (I stayed here while it was being refurbished), so it's in pretty good condition. There was no breakfast during my stay, but room rates were adjusted accordingly. I checked in pretty late, and a deer was walking through the parking lot.

Needed a place for the night, filled the bill. Overall very nice except for being charged $60 for two dogs that I was traveling with.

The staff was friendly. I think the ownership has changed since our last stay 2 years ago. The usual amenities weren't available such as empty vending machines and ice machine not available in lobby. It no longer has the same feel it used to have. Very disappointing.

We had a room that had a constant buzzing mechanical noise and our toilet failed twice. The Chinese dude seemed annoyed when I woke him up for the toilet issue and also to check out. Otherwise, a good location.

The room was very clean, which is the most important thing for me. The staff was friendly. It’s not a luxurious room but it is a clean and comfortable place to stay.

when we arrived we had to ring the bell twice although the young man saw us enter. He was busy on the phone and even when he came in he remained on the phone. It felt like he was in a different head space and we were not welcomed at all. From what I could hear he seemed to have a H.R. problem so I am sorry if he has trouble at work. Otherwise the stay was fine.

I had a great two day stay at the Buffalo Inn. The hotel is relatively new. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a good TV. If in the Buffalo Wyoming area again, I would definitely stay at the Buffalo inn.

I was very pleased with the room. For a budget price I found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable. The ice machine in the lobby was out of service, but the desk clerk kindly went into the kitchen and got me some.

I really wanted to like this place but:
AC unit loud enough to wake the dead! Ice machine not working. Snack vending machine empty. No breakfast or coffee available as described. Phone not working due to a cut cord. Had to go to the front desk to get washcloths. Parking lot lights not working.

Newly renovated but hot water took a long time to get hot. Extremely inexpensive but they no longer offer breakfast a part of their way to offer cheaper pricing.

Stay at the Buffalo was ok. Rooms clean. Reasonable amenities. Good location. Quiet. Drawbacks ... the parking lot was in tough shape and the exterior needs a refresh.. No breakfast (but they did adjust the rate).

Never again! Made reservation, called to let them know we'd be late. Took 24 min to get someone to come and attempt to check me in. Property mngr told me to knock on night mngr door. After pounding on it numerous x's he finally came out, Very angry, using foul language. After 3 attempts to unlock door he realized he told me wrong room. After getting into room, beds looked like a 3yr old made them. Shower curtain was full of mildew. When we checked out property mngr was on duty. She basically blew me off. Just an overall bad experience.

There was rust in the shower and the bathroom floor was sticky. Also stains all over the rug. And a blood stain on the bedding.
