WE STAYED IN ROOM 506 AND THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT. WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR A QUICK OVERNIGHT STAY. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Their airport shuttle stops at 945p. This should be clearly advertised since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Nowhere mentioned on their website. I had a late arrival and ended up taking a cab. Otherwise it was comfortable though the bathtub had what looked like toothpaste stuck to one side. Next time I have an overnight at JFK I'll look elsewhere.

Hotel was convenient to JFK - my bathroom toilet continued to have a pressure flush all night which kept me from a good night sleep

Shuttle service doesn't start until 5am. Restaurant on site didn't accept cash. I am a Hilton Honors member but because i wasn't silver, gold or diamond status the bottled water was not complimentary, it was $3.00. Wouldn't stay here again.

It’s by the airport, so that convenient, but there’s nothing in the area at all and the bfast is too expensive for what it is. The front desk needs more staff. There was only one person at desk and there were at least six people in line. Too much for one person.

The airport shuttle was fantastic with a very short ride to/from the airport in a comfortable vehicle. The hotel staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The overall design was modern and sharp and the rooms were nice in design as well. The main room was pleasing and the bathroom was average in visual appeal. The shower had good water pressure, hot water, and drainage. The beds were comfortable though the pillows were on the softer side. The TV was decent in size and had a good variety of channels. Free internet was great for basic browsing, texting, and gaming.

Staff/front desk was pleasant. However TV was broken and could not be fixed. Was informed airport shuttle ran every 20 minutes but next morning was told driver was “on break” and waited 40 minutes for hotel van that does not take you to the airport terminals but only to the air train. Hotel sits right on a highway so best to sleep with earplugs.

On my arrival, there was small piece of toilet paper on each roll. Amount was good for 1 use. There was a small amount of paper towel.. 2 sheets only. I phoned for assistance, no one brought my supplies, I had to tract down staff.
My fridge malfunctioned next day.
Day 2 I was fortunate to connect with a female staff at the front desk in the morning who was efficient in getting the attendant to replenish my supply. I was disappointed at the challenges that I faced days 1 and 2. I felt ignored and devalued

I love this place for what it is even though they handled me dirty for my last stay! Had to pay two room nights for one because they refused to just move my arrival date by one day. I know the nature of the business but I also know that if you have rooms available you CAN just change a date. It wasn’t the same day or even the day before so the room could have still be sold. But anyway outside of that bad customer service bit the stay was good.

We took a flight out of JFK and this is the closest hotel to the airport. Shuttle left at 5:am. Everything went off without a hitch. Place is modern and clean. We'd stay there again.

The staff service is not great. They did not check me in right away. They made me to wait for four hours and then they checked me in and they did not tell me what was the reason and why they’re not checking me in and also the manager said I will come and talk to you and he never did Customer service is really bad.

It is a great airport hotel. It was clean and in good order. The three front desk staff were very friendly and helpful but they seemed ill-prepared to check in airline voucher guests, so we waited 30 minutes to check in for our advance reservation behind 5 airline voucher guests.

I would never stay in this hotel again.
First issue, the lady in the reception was so disrespectful. She even took too long to finish my check-in!!
Second issue, I paid the full amount once I booked the room. Then at time of check in, i used another card for "security services" as what the receipionist said. However, I found that the hotel made 3x purchases on my credit card (the one I use for what they called security services), all 3 with different amount, and not the room amount I paid.
I had to cancel my credit card and inform the bank.
Third issue, I forgot my coat in the shuttle bus, when I asked the driver he mentioned he did not see it, I went back to the hotel and they did not know either, they were helpless. That coat was stolen by whom, I don't know.
Worse experience!!
