Check in/out was outstanding. Hotel was very quiet. Excellent breakfasts. Initial night had flat sheet short-sheeted and clump of someone’s hair between comforter/coverlet and blanket!!! Trash, towels, coffee, cups not serviced/replaced daily.

Regular King room. It was spacious, clean, rustic cabin decor. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows. Clean bathroom with a shower over a deep tub. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at this Stony Creek Inn for many many years. Saturday afternoon when we checked in after putting our luggage on the bed My husband went in to find dirty towels behind the bathroom door. With this I assume that they did not mop the floor in the bathroom. Also there were no cups for coffee and no cups in the bathroom to rinse our mouths.
As far as the bed the bottom sheet / fitted would not stay on the bed during the night with any movement.
We did notify the staff at the front desk about the towels and they ask us to wrap them up in another towel and put them outside the door and they would come get them which they did.
I did still have fear that the floor had not been mopped which made me anxious.
It was very unfortunate because we stay at this hotel like I said initially many times over the last 10 to 15 years.

The first room I checked into with jacuzzi didn’t work and lady at front desk couldn’t get it to work so she switched me room. I get into the other room and there’s hair from woman’s head and also pubic hairs in the jacuzzi. I cleaned it out. Then there is more hair in the shower in multiple places including foot prints still on bathroom floor and more hair in bathroom sink. There was no remote in room so had to call and wait for maintenance to bring it and program it. As I was searching the whole room there were fake rose petals all under the bed and night stands and right on the floor in plain sight on other side of bed in floor. When I complained to lady at desk all she had to say was apologize for room not being cleaned!!!! I ended up having to clean the room up myself!

The property is in need of basic up keep, wall paper falling off in bathroom, sink down slopes at such an angle items fall off, the wood blinds are awful - bright light in the room all night long. Hot breakfast consistent with most hotels, however the wood sticks on the legs of the chairs make them very uncomfortable to sit on. Check in staff was pleasant, but room was less than great.

It seems to me that the width of each parking position is too narrow. There is parking on the west side of the lot that is too close to the parking in the center section. This makes it challenging for a 3/4 ton pickup with 6.6 ft box.

Staff was friendly and great to deal with, room was clean however a little dated and the bathroom sink was detached from the countertop. Pool room was great and love that they have a large hot tub. Elevator did shut down for maintenance while we were there which I thought was unusual. Overall stay was average.

Like a Super 8 but double the price. Actually super 8s are better. Dirty. Ratty plumbing. Staff not friendly. Questionable guests. Lights broken. No third security lock. Pool and hot tub dirty. Guests under 14 using hot tub. No blackout curtains on windows. Absolutely over priced. Never using a Stoney again. Nasty and overpriced. Super 8s are better and half the price.

This property was very nice! The staff was super friendly and it was clean and very cute. The upgrade "suites" are definitely a little nicer. The regular rooms could use a bit of updating, mostly in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good and offered a lot of choices. We would definitely stay again!!
