Stayed over for 3 nights. I first got a room next the elevator and was annoyed by the noise, but when I talked about it at the reception, they immediately upgraded me to a better room. Great service, clean and spacious room.

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and attentive. Room was cleaner than to be expected, obviously the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area and restaurants, and across the street from the river. Wifi was reliable and reasonably fast.

Very moderate accommodations. Reasonably priced restaurant connected to the hotel and close to the train station. We had to request adequate bathroom cleaning and they obliged quickly. Unfortunate, our window had no view of the city. The window faced the center of the building so we only saw concrete and the other hotel windows (square shape. Disappointing view of cold concrete.

Sadly not as friendly and welcoming as it was 5 years ago. The rooms are still large which is great and the bathrooms have been retiled. The location is amazing. Staff were too busy talking to each other to make you feel like they were present in your check-in and check-out. Checking out took 7 minutes because the clerk decided to take a phone call rather than ask them to hold the line a minute.

Our stay would have been perfectly adequate except when we came to check out and pay. The receptionist ignored me for several minutes until SHE was ready! In the middle of our transaction a man approached and starting speaking to the receptionist who promptly ignored me (again!) and dealt with this other person, without so much as a by your leave!! A full 5 minutes later she turned Tom me to complete our transaction. At the end of this I pointed out theAt she had been extremely rude and discourteous, something she clearly did not understand until I had to further explain to her how she had behaved. She did offer an apology, but too late the damage had been done! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is unfortunate because this one person has completely undone all the good work the receptionist had done the previous evening when weve checked in.

Great place to stay

Was here for a work trip and was a lovely stay with friendly staff and great location for shopping after work was over!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the facilities. We had a front facing room both times which is the nicest, Very busy this time so we kept out of the way at breakfast until the two coach parties had left! Then enjoyed a quite and varied meal. Resturant is good. They provided a picnic breakfast on the day we left as it was too early to eat in.

Easy to find with easy parking for our motorbike. The room was well maintained & comfortable. The adjacent bar/restaurant was good & reasonably priced which was just as well as there were not too many attractive restaurants nearby. A very comfortable one-night stop-over. The main issue was location. The hotel itself was sited in a perfectly reasonable spot but as soon as you headed towards the old part of the town the whole atmosphere changed. The streets felt rather threatening & after a short period of time we went back to the hotel where we felt perfectly safe. In reality, it's unlikely we would have come to any harm but it didn't really feel like that.

Good hotel. Good view from balcony. AC unit was not the best and the beds could use ditted sheets or bigger sheets that stay tucked. No one wants to wake up on the mattress it self. Overall good option!

I actually really liked my stay. The employees are friendly, the room was clean. For Europe, the room was very large.

Great value hotel near most of Lleidas attractions and within walking distance to many restaurants. We upgraded to a balcony room which was well worth the extra money.

Great location close to the old town and an easy walk with lift assist to La Seu Vella. Friendly town.

We didn't use the hotel that much and mainly used it as a base to visit some family locally and it was very good for that. Very central and staff very helpful. Although they did charge the first night before we arrived which was annoying as I wanted to use another card and the confirmation said we would pay at hotel.. But not that a big a problem in the grand scheme of things

Overnight stay before moving onto next major stop. Room and location were fine. Didn't take the 10 euro upgrade to the front rooms with the view - would have if were staying longer. Breakfast was fine - worth the extra charge. Beds in room could do with an upgrade

Excellent hotel, recommended to me as I needed to stay in Lleida for a tour of the nearby drylands, great location as easy to find, parking and just round the corner to the shops. We had a superior room and could sit on the balcony overlooking the river.

Twelve minute walk from the train station (with carry on baggage only) and centrally located for the University and the town. Typical of Europe, the rooms are quite small. Good value for money for Europe.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Don't bother with the restaurant which is acceptable quality but not great. Good value for money.
