Great hotel right off the freeway. Easy to find and centrally located. Restaurants within walking distance including an In and Out Burger, a Denny's, and Texas Roadhouse. Breakfast included but wish it was served later than 9:30 on Sundays. LARGE room with sofa with pull out and two queen beds. Good sized bathroom as well. Would definitely recommend for family or friends travelling together.

Nice place to stay

Nice property, clean rooms, yummy breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative would be that they allowed a couple of homeless people to hang out in the morning and evening hours in outdoor area by the pool. It would have been nice to sit outside and eat breakfast but homeless were sleeping at the tables.

Everything was very nice. The room waa clean, quiet and spacious.

This was a very nice place. Clean, good staff, near shopping and resturants namely Texas Road House, Dennys and IHOP.. Also gas stations near by … next to Courtyard also

The hotel was nice we only intend to stay one night but I liked it so much that when I woke up to get some coffee (430am) I booked another night. The clerk said she would check me out and recheck us back in I thought we were all good. I left the room to go get lunch and left my husband asleep in the room. He received a call from the front desk about 1230pm asking if we are staying over and he said why are you calling me. He said yes . She said well how am I supposed to know in a snooty tone. My husband went downstairs to try to talk to the manager about the snooty employee and they said there was no manager to speak with. The young lady then proceeded to call her manager on her cell phone and my husband spoke to him over her cell phone and he proceeded to tell my husband that are stay over request was no longer going to be honest despite the hotel charging my credit card $170 at 430 am. My family was kicked out due to their staffs communication errors about stay over guests. The staff definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with stay overs and I hope the young lady with the snooty attitude towards guests that stay in their hotel is retrained on customer service. Now I have to wait to make sure my money is returned back to my card after my family was kicked out due to their untrained staff.

Cons-Older hotel, saw a roach going down our hallway, dirty bed sheet. Pros- easy access to food and freeway

I like the size of our room, having two tvs in the suites helped. And the smsll hand sink and fridge and microwavetraveling with kids can be hard Beds were comfortable

It was fine. No problem.

The Hotel was clean, bed and room were comfortable. The pool was great, the location we very close to shopping and food spots. The biggest improvement is the breakfast. We got downstairs around 8am and the eggs and sausage were cold. The mini fridge was empty, the juice machine was broken and the only choice was apple juice, and bread area wasnt well stocked. There was like two bagles and a gluten free muffin. Holiday inn expresss has them beat in the breakfast department. They have always had hot food and its very well stocked. For the price of the nightly stay it was definitely a disappointment.

Non-functioning hot tub, mattress due for replacement. Otherwise everything was as I expect at Marriott properties. Very clean!

The only thing I do not like...it books up quickly. Great place to stay for business or leisure. One of my hotels I stay at when traveling to Victorville.

Sad that your jacuzzi tub was not working. This shoul be noted on the property ID. For me that is a major deal.

We were in town for a funeral, the night before the funeral, the fire alarms went off. After evacuating the hotel at 12:45 am. We were told it was a glitch in the system. Shortly after returning to our room…. The alarms started going off again. This isn’t an alarm in the hallway.. it is IN THE ROOM! This went on more than a dozen times over the next few hours. The hotel did nothing to offer compensation for the inconvenience. As a manager of a large company that sends employees to this area several times a year, I assure you I WILL NOT let our planning staff book any of my employees in this hotel. The disregard for the client is inexcusable to me. I deal with hotels all the time and absolutely will not subject my employees to this poor level of customer service. Spend your money else where.

Terrible place to Stay, the room had ants everywhere, this hotels is severely outdated not a place you want to take your family. The Fire alarm went off at 12 midnight scare everyone

We like the suite. Size was awesome Breakfast are lights are hard on eyes and hot water was always warm not hot. Breakfast needs to be updated.

Stayed two nights for a family event. The hotel was 10 minutes from family’s house so that was convenient. Hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok, but not terrible. I would stay here again.

This was a trip for a family of 5. The room was spacious in a sense that we were able to have our own mini space in a hotel room. Appreciate that there's a large living room area separate from the bedroom and a separate sink in the living room area. The free breakfast was on the slim side of things. Overall, wouldn't mind staying here next time we're visiting Mountain High Resort.

Super nice and clean

Mattress was wear out to the point that mi and mi wife bump into each other all nite . Shower shampoo shelf fell off on my wife feet when she was taking a shower . Really poor maintenance

Very nice clean and spacious room and bathroom. Like they set it up for comfort over least number of square feet needed for a room and bath. Breakfast was good. Had multiple options to find something you liked.

Rooms are very big which was great. We picked this hotel for the pool and the breakfast. Breakfast was very limited and not good at all, ended up eating out 3/4 days we stayed. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Staff was very friendly so that was a plus!

It was so convenient being close to a lot of shopping and eating places
