prices too high according to service

Not a fan of the sketchy people at the entrance of the hotel. Seemed like they were living there? Hopefully it isn't a permanent thing but they were very dirty and the kids were all over infront of the cars trying to drive thru. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

The property is dated and in need of a facelift. The bed was comfortable with good pillows but The bathroom is showing its age with mildew along the caulking around the tub, the round ring at the shower head was hanging and the towel hook on the door was missing a screw & hanging lop sided. The curtains were great for black out at night, but I was missing the sense of privacy with the extra sheer curtains that you get at other hotels. When I open the windows in the morning, anyone could look in as they walked by. The breakfast was OK. Very simple with the choice of breads, bagels, toaster waffles, oatmeal, juices, coffee and oranges. I would stay again because of the location of where I needed to be, but if there was a hotel that was in the same area, I would definitely look into it. Driving in you see a pile of what looks like personal stuff piled close to the entrance. It is nice to see that it is family run, but it gives the air of a space that isn’t taken care of.

It was a cozy place with good location for me. I was driving towards Banff and found this place right on my way.

No shower curtain. Broken shower head. Debris around the motel entrance. Unsafe door—no rape chain.

Too close to street but friendly staff and good parking options and comfort. Breakfast provided - cereal, yogurt etc. Good for families with kids! Will stay again!

The carpet had patches in it. Waited for 25 minutes to check in as there was no staff at the front counter. I used the phone to call the front desk but nobody came. When he did he had headphone's in listening to music which probably prevented him hearing the desk phone ring.

Access going in and out of property is inconvenient. Property is only accessible from South bound traffic. All else was good.

Liked the location. However, kit chen sink was not working. Grounds were untidy. There was a unit at the end with belongings/ garbage piled outside that detracted from the property.

We would stay there again. You should know that drive-up suites only have one queen bed in them. If you need two beds then you will be in the main building and may have to go upstairs to the second floor. Other useful info is that the light breakfast that is available to guests ends at 10:00 a.m. It was a very quiet motel though, the pillows were fluffy, mattress was good and the AC worked great.

Room looked out into the parking lot and not much else can be seen. No kleenex boxes ever available. Very minimal in the room.

Great mattress and bedding. Pillows (4) nice, not too soft or too firm. One if the best restful sleeps on this holiday. Staff super friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the deadbolt on my door didn’t lock and the window didn’t lock.

This was just a quick overnight stay after a busy weekend and before a long drive home. Something in the room (refrigerator maybe) made a very annoying hum all night - you'd think white noise would be okay, but this really wasn't. Didn't check out the pool or anything else. The breakfast "room" was just a few table set up in the lobby - room for 8. However, the selection was quite good - bagels et al, toaster waffles, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. - impressive considering the setting. Coffee was not great but there's a Timmies close by.
