Much too expensive for one night, they just hope that the location justify the price. simple room, simple bed and no kind of service as they also ask you to handle the check-in our-selves incl. the check-out.

The staff were good and always on hand. No waiting to check in nor check out. Always someone on hand for food, drinks and breakfast. This is something i value and would stay here again.

We arrived off our delayed flight later than expected so went straight to room to bed. Beds where comfortable but a little slim and the room was very warm.

The hotel gets 4 stars due to its location, otherwise it’s a 3-star hotel. The walk to the departure gate (or from arrivals) is about 7 minutes if you walk leisurely.
The rooms are bare minimum with no extras like coffee makers or kettles, the air inside is very dry, to the point of discomfort, and the elevator is insufficient for the number of guests with luggage.

The shower area needs some work. A small division between the toilet and the shower curtains would’ve been nice. They didn’t have wash clothes available. It was an ok stay. The service at the counter was excellent. They were kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative.
The food was good. The room was very basic, and I think that air conditioners are not a thing in this parts of the world; that little fan didn’t do much to fight back the heat, but I managed.

Tip- do not order breakfast in case of early flight, for same (or less) money you can have lounge access @ BLL airport.

The hotel is great but the fact there's no parking - other than at airport rates - really is not ideal.

Breakfast was fast and easy to sign up for. The walk to the bus station was only a 5 minute walk away and right outside the airport as well.

We decided on this property because of the convenience to the airport. It is only a short walk and we had minimal luggage.
The rooms were a little smaller than we are used to but it worked out just fine. Our room was a little warm so we opened the window. This turned out to be a mistake later because of the jet fuel fumes. We closed the window and all was well.
Staff was super friendly and the meals from the kitchen were good. I would recommend spending the extra money for the breakfast. It was fresh and plenty of variety.
I would stay here again. Thanks to Reception Sophie and Paulina for help to resolve an issue after checkout.

The staff was great, but our room had dishes from the previous person. So the cleaner did not do a great job. We also ran out of bathroom soap on our overnight stay.

Walking distance from the Legoland and obviously from the airport itself. Contrary to the room description there was no electric kettle in the room, and when asked at the reception they said they do not provide it.

Great place. You literally walk out the door and easily roll your luggage to the terminal - a short walk.

Have stayed here several times before the 6 AM flight to Amsterdam. Comfortable hotel with great service. Love the cute lobby + lounge area. Nice little restaurant. Would have loved a floor mat and wash cloth in the bathroom. Also, wish the uneven pavers on the little walk way / sidewalk leading to the airport terminal was covered and had smooth asphalt. Our suitcase wheels were destroyed.
