The HVAC did not work. The thermostat did not work. We tried every combination and it only got colder. Outside temp dropped to the 20's, inside temp dropped to 66. We are in our seventies and this was terrible. Yes we could have changed rooms probably but we had already unpacked and thought it would just take an hour or so for the temp to stabilize, but it never did. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky. When you walked on it with your shoes, it gave that sticky crunchy sound like someone spilled soda on it and never cleaned it up very good. We would have liked a small fridge and microwave. We have special diets and bring our own food. the free breakfast has very few gluten free choices. Luckily it was cold outside so I stored all of our food in the car which kept it cold. Also on the breakfast bar, everything had peppers or spices on it. I could have eaten the omelets but they had too many peppers and other spices.

The room was clean and comfortable, our desk clerks were friendly! Happy that the morning breakfast was actually a full one with lots of fresh options. Me and the kiddos had a lot of fun!

Booked lots of rooms for family coming in for the weekend for my daughter’s wedding and everything about our stay was wonderful! Easy check-in for everyone, special requests met perfectly, rooms were perfect and breakfast was great! I received lots of thanks and compliments on choosing this hotel! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff here is excellent very helpful inviting and just kind. I dealt with four different staff members very good. The mattress in my room is a little bit too firm. That was really my only issue. But I wouldn’t let that affect my rating. The shower is great in the air conditioning and TV are good as well. Definitely stay again next time I have my layover in Siloam Springs.

Good location off the highway and near most dining options. The rooms weren't extraordinary but clean and well kept. The lobby is nice with breakfast available. The pool was nice and the workout room had great options. I will stay there again.

Hampton Inn is still the nicest place to stay in Siloam Springs. Clean with nice breakfast & comfortable bedding. Bathrooms need upgrading & it would be nice having housekeeping in the afternoon. Over all, stay was great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was great everyone was nice. We only stayed one night. The breakfast was good and you had several options to choose from, if i had a complaint it would be the bed was a little hard for me but that could just be my taste.

Everything was okay, we had to last minute book due to family emergency. But the mattress was way to ci my husband and I both woke up hurting. I actually was limping from it. The only other negative was no closet to hand anything up, also no iron or ironing board. So in a pinch I would go back but not my first choice in the area

The room was not cleaned after the first night. We were out of the room by 08:30.
We came back about 10:30pm. Room hadn’t been cleaned and my wife went to the office for towels an coffee. Other than that can’t complain at all. See you next time. Thanks

From the moment we stepped into the lobby until we checked out, every employee did their best to make us feel welcome. Great restaurants were suggested, just across the street, the hold on our credit card was only $1, unlike the $50 at our last hotel, the entire staff wanted to help in any way they could. Would definitely stay again.
