The staff is amazing! The hotel room I was first in was dirty. Tissues on the floor. Drops of something on the floor, there was a pubic hair on the sheets. They did upgrade me to the 3rd floor but in that room, 324, the toilet isn’t attached to the floor and it bangs up against the wall when you get up off of it. The staff was really nice and understood why I was perturbed. But the hotel needs some upgrading and cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay the room was very nice and clean had everything we needed and the breakfast was great the beds were clean and comfortable me and my grandson slept on the sofa bed and it was nice to

To keep your hotel top notch replace the torn shower curtains. Torn looks cheap and dirty.
Make sure to check restrooms in lobby for refill of toilet paper. There are many employees from what I saw and the lobby restrooms were not maintained.

The front desk/service was nice and understanding. The hotel itself lacked air conditioning. Air conditioning is essential in South Texas. The rooms have their own small unit, but it's working extra hard to somewhat work since the halls are so hot and humid. The hotel really needs on working on putting central air conditioning throughout the hotel and this would help the rooms cool off. My family and I were just passing by. We left. We decided to drive 2 more hours to our cool house instead. The hotel knows this is an issue. They had boxes of air con. units in the hall near the elevator. I was going to add a picture, but it's not letting me upload it.

I didn’t stay at this property, however my family and I drove three hours and when we got there they told us that they were overbooked. The manager would not come to the property to help resolve the issue. While waiting in the lobby six other customers were complaining that the air had gone out in their rooms.
Needless to say that I was very distraught and disappointed with the circumstances, Hilton and the way the manger who mishandled the situation. She told me over the phone that she would be there the next morning by 8am and couldn’t help me for the night.
I will be issuing a formal complaint against this particular property.

There was no stopper for the tub and my kids do not take showers yet. Also, there was no blow dryer, but the holder was there. No extra pillows or blankets for the pull out bed. And no extra towels to take showers or face. Lady at the front desk was busy talking on the phone to take the time to look for stuff. Amenities that said were going to be there were not there. Lastly it seemed that there was alot missing in the room. I was in a suite and it seemed to have less. Nothing like the picture

Planned a family pool trip for Mother’s Day. Only to find out after checking in that the pool was green! Front desk said it would be cleaned the following day but it never was. Kinda ruined the trip. Was only provided 2 towels, asked for extra and was told it would be a few hours!!! My traveler details stated 5 guests! Trash was left on the 3rd floor by the elevator for the whole weekend! Our refrigerator had no shelves! Front desk asked if I really needed them. Not sure how she stores things in her fridge but no shelves is tough. Whole trip was a bust!

The suite with additional living area is perfect for a family weekend trip because that space is perfect for the kids. Room is spacious enough to being all the gear in.

The beds were very comfortable, friendly employees, the door readers were very old and had to get my key replaced several times during my stay. Also I found someone’s dirty clothes in one of the drawers, toilet paper was cheap and the shower look rusty.

The hotel was nice and the staff, especially the maintenance person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after a late check in when I woke to get ready, I had no hot water. I needed to be somewhere and could not shower. The hotel offered to move me to another room, and unfortunately that room did not have any hot water either after I had moved so they moved me to another room the next evening and that water was warm but definitely not hot. Apparently there was a whole section of the hotel that had water issues. Other than that it was fine.

Best thing was all the staff. Lobby toilet was not working, which was inconvenient with 11 a.m. check-out time and 3 p.m. check-in time meaning we could not just rely on our room facilities while we were at the hotel, but the desk staff and breakfast area staff were great!

Very nice staff who were unable to correct things. We arrived and we given a nice clean room with no TV. The clerk came to our room but could not do anything. She offered another room and checked to make sure there was a working TV. We moved and found the TV working but the room smelled of mildew/musty and the air would only run for a few minutes then the fan ran constantly but the room never got below 78 and the humidity and smell never changed.
I asked for a room with a bathtub, and had been told they are standard at that hotel. However, the tub was dirty so i could not use it.
Despite poor sleep the breakfast was nice. We called the hotel company and hotels.com with no resolve.

The room was obviously smoked in. I am asthmatic so it was a difficult night. When I called the front desk earlier, there was nothing she could do. We had to call for sheets and pillows for pullout couch. Blanket wasn’t available. Front desk was pleasant, but her hands were tied. Couldn’t even offer discount or reimbursement.

They took my number but I never heard anything back.

This is my second time staying at this property. My first experience was better than this go. This time we had a 2 bed suite for myself, my husband and 4 children. The room was clean, however the stopper in the tub was broken, not a deal breaker though. The toilet seemed to have some type of leak, as it would randomly fill. The shampoo dispenser did not work the first night. That was fixed by night 2. My biggest complaint was that we had 2 towels for 6 people. We finally received more towels at 11:00pm our second night. We asked multiple times, and there were none, there was no one to launder them etc. There was also a fold out sofa. There were sheets, but they had run out of blankets. Luckily, one child brought their own blanket, which big brother commandeered. Overall the stay was ok. My husband and children ate breakfast, there were no complaints there. We will be staying again, although I hope they have more towels next time.

The front desk clerk was able to give us late check out which really helped because my daughter and son in law were at the college helping to move in my other grandson and I stayed with the others and enjoyed a little later wake up call. Thanks!

When we walked into our room, it was obvious the previous person had not checked out yet! Yikes! Luckily, the person was not in the room, but their stuff was! We were moved to another room, however, the bathroom light over the sink did not work, and the bathroom faucet is almost unusable since it is set too far back on the counter, and to get hot water from the sink you had to turn it to the opposite way! Other than these items, which we did not want to move again, so we did not complain about them, the bed was comfortable.

All good, clean and comfy room, nice and warm breakfast. The bathroom is a bit dated but it’s fine enough.

Remote control was missing and there were none available. Cold shower in the morning due to hotel being booked out. Light out in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfy and clean.
