A quiet location

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, quiet and the breakfast was awesome.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was extra space and made it more enjoyable.

It was clean , but some old furniture , pull out bed was bad , need new one. everything else was ok .

Our suite was spacious for a family of five and felt clean and new. All guests receive free cookies which were delicious! Our room was a bit warm when we entered but cooled down when we adjusted the thermostat. The queen suite was equipped with 2 huge flat screen TVs. It would have been great to have non-caffeinated teas in the room and at breakfast as well. The complimentary breakfast was great, complete with your standard coffee and tea as well as pre-packaged scones and GF muffins, fruit, eggs and sausages, mini quiches, beef burritos, oatmeal with blueberry compote and nut toppings, yogurt, juices, and cereals. I’m not usually a fan of complimentary breakfast offerings but this one was a standout! The staff were helpful and friendly (particularly the cleaning and food staff). We would return and would recommend to families visiting the area!

I liked the easy accessibility to the room, the freezer full of ice cream on the first floor. The staff also had exceptional customer service, very friendly. The only thing about the stay that was a little odd was the smell of the lobby, it wasn't a bad smell it just didn't smell very fresh either.

Very good 3 night stay. Staff helpful and responsive. Very impressed with breakfast-advertised as continental, but very good hot meal with many options. Perfect for our stay to visit friends and watch grand child at hockey.

Comfortable stay.

I would have rated the facilities 5 stars - but there was construction going on the building, so surrounding area was torn up and had demolition materials scattered around. Also, I asked for housekeeping service to come during the day while I was out. They failed to come to the room.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean.The staff was friendly and helpful and there was a good selection of hot and cold items in the continental breakfast.

Checked in pretty late. Front desk was very nice and went through everything despite the late hour. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was ok but on par with other hotel's included breakfasts. Breakfast area was very clean though and the woman putting the food out was efficient as well as nice. Very conveniently located as well.

Close to stay during a snowstorm. Very comfortable and really enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning.

It was clean and Quiet. Not many guests to worry about. At the moment the front entrance is shut down for repairs/construction. But that can't be helped all in all it was decent

This was a great place to stay while I was in town for my graduation. It was very clean, well taken care of, helpful staff and had a huge continental breakfast in the mornings. The one thing I didn't like was tbe bed was very hard, but could most definitely be due to my preference.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Hooksett for a seven days while I visited a friend from college. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and undamaged, the bed was sooooo comfy, the tv was of excellent quality, and my stay was very quiet. The breakfast they serve was tasty, contained a decent spread of options, and was open later than most hotels I've been to. The hotel also has a 24 hour snack bar, where you can buy some great late night treats. The area is safe and the hotel felt secure. My only issues were small in comparison. The biggest problem being the pillows. Each bed had four pillows, that were both hard as a rock and lumpy. The bed itself was very comfortable though, so I still had a great night's sleep. I would just recommend bringing your own pillow. Other than that: The gym was lacking, only containing basically a treadmill and some weights, but the pool was nice. And there is very little in walking distance and there is limited transportation, so make sure you bring your own car. Would still recommend this place. Especially if you are there to visit SNHU. As the school is just down the road.
