There was a very loud vibrating noise that occurred throughout both the night and day. Also the hot tub was not hot and it would have been very nice to be able to use that. Also when we were at breakfast, my husband saw the staff bring out the eggs and took them right away and they were cold and frozen in the middle. This can be quite dangerous with food borne illnesses. When my husband brought to the staff's attention they did microwave them for us and it was sufficiently warm but this is kind of unacceptable. When we brought these issues up with the front office staff, they said they could not refund any money because we went through a 3rd party. We did have to pay the pet fee of $100 so that could have partly been given back to us for these several problems during our stay.

Front desk doesn’t seem very organized, had to ask for more towels (booked a suite for 6 people only had 3 towels.) Other than that hotel is good, close to softball field, food & shopping.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and there was a quality breakfast. My family also liked the toiletries. I appreciated that it was by a gas station and shopping.

I liked the property clean. Did have an issue with the shower only having very hot water but staff changed us to another room. Room was specious for 5 adults overnight stay for a wedding.

I highly recommend the Comfort Suites! It was super clean, new and very comfortable. They have a refrigerator, micro and coffee machine in the room. The breakfast is great with a good selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The girl who works evenings, not sure her name, was excellent! She even made sure to give me places to pick up food late at night. Wonderful place, very happy with the service and I will be staying their again for business travel!

Staff was very friendly and kind. The construction did not bother us, we were warned about it at booking. Our only complaint (and its a big one), so much of the hotel smelled of weed. We were told smoking was not allowed and carried a fine but still, the hallways and breakfast area smelled awful.

The rooms were remodeled and were nice but I really wish the hotel would have communicated that the remodeling process is ongoing and there isn’t really much of a check in area. I arrived after traveling for 18 hours and it was a hassle getting the bags to the check in area and the rooms. There was no advance warning of noise from the remodeling. There was also nowhere to recycle cans or plastic.

This is my second stay here. Staff is always great and friendly. They are renovating at the moment so it’s not as welcoming as it was the first stay. The room was clean but it did have cracked light fixtures that looked like they were in the middle of fixing. It was a short stay so it did not bother me. I’m sure once all renovations are done it will be a nice and comfortable place to stay.

My problem is that they were doing remodeling, and there was no hot water working in the showers. $140/night, and no hot water showers in Ca central valley? I can get a cold shower at any farm I stop at. Why did they charge me $140/night and no hot shower? C'mon.

Overall a very nice and quite place. They are remodeling so parking is limited. But was able to fir a full size crewcab longbed in the parking lot easily. Room was very clean with plenty of room. Was super surprised of the size for the price. Would definitely stay again.

I wasn’t mentioned in the website that the hotel was renovating/under construction. Our HVAC was also not working. A lot of road noise from the freeway if you’re room faces the freeway. A better sound insulated window would probably help. The window block off shade did not function to block the light out. However the room was very clean, just little things.

Disappointing. no hot shower available in an entire stay. No Fitness center as they were renovating. Expedia should return half the amount of this stay because hotel does not provide hot shower

Check-in was good. Young lady at the front desk was great. However, they didn’t tell us that we only had hot water until 9 o’clock in the morning. Even then it took 15 minutes for the water to warm up. We are close to the freeway so you’re going to hear freeway noise, but the bed was comfortable and we slept fairly well . They are still doing renovation for the next couple weeks.
