The hotel is in a nice & safe location. There’s breakfast if you wish for something light. There’s shampoo & conditioner body soap which I thought was a good brand. Overall, I truly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing but the area inside the dining area was a bit dirty as the tables and floor were not cleaned promptly after guests left table, leaving new diners to sit at a dirty table. Bar bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels or soap in dispensers. The outside of entry had trash lying around.

Overall everything was very clean. Our room was located downstairs and it was very spacious same was the bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious just that you have to pay for it. It wasn’t too pricey either it was $16, which it was worth it as they had a lot of options to choose from and if you wanted eggs, the chef cook it the way you wanted scramble, omelette etc...
Only downside was that when we reserve the room it didn’t mention breakfast wasnt included.

The property was great and majority of the staff was too. I believe it was a housekeeper supervisor that came to check on the room to see if we checked out we told them we’ll be out by 12 and she answered back in a rude tone saying no it’s at 11. I heard that when she told my sister so I told her don’t worry I’ll call the front desk. I called and he/she told me it’s at 12. I told the rep okay because someone came to the door told us it was at 11am, they immediately apologized and said it is at 11am, they just changed the time. . I then stated when I made the reservation it said noon and reiterated it’s at 12pm for check out. So I replied that it should be honored…. The reps responded back in a negative tone and said fine. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

I was told by the security guard that someone broke in to a truck a night before there and that It wasn't safe to park there. In their own parking lot

The parking lot and areas surrounding the property was clean and well kept. The lobby was clean and decorated well and updated. The guest bedrooms & bathroom was large, spacious, and up to date, however the carpet could be changed. The person who came to unclog our toilet was awesome & friendly, more than the person who checked me in, who did not even greet me. Overall, the hotel was close to dining & shopping, albeit in a very busy road.

The grounds and common areas were gorgeous and very well presented, however the rooms themselves could use some attention and updating. What really made the difference was the staff. Roman, in particular, was a terrific asset on our 4 night stay! Would definitely stay there again, and this particular property was the nicest of the hotels we stayed in on an extended road trip!

Room needed some upgrade and lots of scratches peeling and ickyness. Ac was not cool enough. Sheets were a little itchy. And carpet felt dirty. But did have space and everything you neded for a stay. Plenty of parking. Also room 221 had a haunting presence that kept pushing down on my blankets near feet with a pattern. Both husband and i felt it. Then husband saw a dark figure between foot of bed and microwave. Wich he dint tell me until we left.

There was a fight in the property. Cops and the ambulance were there when came back to the property, my wife felt unsafe.

Wifi didn't work both days. Check in states at noon and When I arrived desk clerk was so rude Shaylaya she stated come back no rooms! I went back twice at 1 and 145 she should not be working front desk. Not polite at all! Plus it was so loud I didn't sleep. Trash everywhere due to a wedding. I never ever have issues like this but I'll never stay there again!

The area it is in, the shopping there is not the greatest. For the amount I paid for two rooms for the area and not even receive a continental breakfast is VERY disappointing.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of everyplace in hotel that I visited. I recommend it for future travelers. Would stay there again
