This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and it will not be the last! The hotel is ideally situated, in between the old town and the beach. It’s literally a few minutes stroll to either. The rooms are big (as are the bathrooms), and very light and airy. All the staff are extremely friendly! Definitely recommend!

The place is amazing, the lady who runs it is really lovely and helpful, the room was great, the bed was huge and comfy. And there was plenty of information about everything which appears to be a rarity in Spain.

My courtyard room was clean and spacious with a good sized bed and a small patio area. I didn't have breakfast or use the bar, so can't comment on the food/drink here. The staff in the hotel were very friendly on arrival and on the occasions I passed them entering/leaving. If you're on foot this is a great hotel to stay at. The seafront promenade/nearest beach is 5 minutes walk away - with plenty of restaurants/bars etc within a few extra minutes. There are places to hire bikes/scooters etc if you want to explore further along the seafront. 3 mins walk (enroute to seafront) is a supermarket for anything you might want/need - the room I stayed in had a fridge if you want to store food/drink. 5 minutes walk the other way is the beautiful old town with its myriad of shops, interesting buildings and restaurants. You'll need to consider how you get to/from the hotel. It's down a pedestrian road, a good 20+ minutes walk from main bus station but taxi dropped me at one end of road. You can also investigate the local bus routes. The hotel doesn't have a car park, so you'd pay for the public one a couple of minutes away if you intend to bring a car. May be worth investigating other hotels in that case. Other potential negatives is the lack of kettle, the TV being small for the size of the room, and the lack of a bath despite the bathroom being big enough to fit a combined bath/shower. Personally, none of these I'd have used on my stay but may be important to others.

Hotel was a lovely, local, comfortable hotel. Breakfast was great and good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

For staying in central Marbella near Old Town and waterfront this is an excellent option. Staff are helpful. Area is interesting. It is in keeping with Old Town formats, this is not an IBIS.

Great centrally located hotel with super friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. This is a two star hotel rating but it has a standard of a 3,5 stars. Price is great for what you get.

Great location for the old town. hard to find in a car, not being on a street. Parking was a long way away, several hundred meters and a busy road to cross. Parking is an extra 12 Euros per night. Breakfast good, but space limited and you may need to wait for a table in busy times. Overall condition of hotel was good and staff were nice. The biggest plus is the closeness to the old town bars and restaurants, just a few hundred meters. I would stay again.

Great value, forget the 2star category, we have stayed in 3 & 4 star rated hotels that were worse than this. Great location and all the staff were so helpful.

IDeal location and one of the most Charming hotel, Very clean, quiete. Located on old town, close to the best beach in Marbella, close to city center.

Small,Cuzy, very clean hotel with a nice bathroom / A/C and good breakfast for only 5E. Office people were there to help the passenger 24 hour a day. Walking distance to old town, Orange square, the beach, Taxi, Bus and supper market. But, if you are looking for a fancy hotel with view you won’t like this hotel. Although it has a tiny balcony but it’s ot useable.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great for what we wanted. We just wanted a basic but clean and nice base to go sightseeing and for nice food and drink in the evenings. It's less than 5 min walk to orange square and 5 min walk to beach. The staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Fresh towels daily. The hotel is up a narrow pedestrianised street. As its an old high building there aren't any good views from the rooms. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again for a short trip.
