I always lobe stsyong here! Youre jot far from anything Applebee's, rodeo grounds, Church, gas station and the post office right next door. Robert and Robin at the front desk are always atellar and excellent. Breakfast is always amenable rooms are spacious clean. Onsitr laundry is an amazing option.

The hotel is fine but for the area of town, I feel it is a bit overpriced. I find out when I check in that a pet fee, and my dog is 9 pounds, is $75.00 a night. I will not be staying here again.

We were there for one night. To start the room had no refrigerator or microwave. Also smelled very dingy until you got the room freezing cold. I think the carpet had a lot to do with the smell. Lots of stains and looked really old. Rooms need an update for 125 dollars a night. Outside looked great pool was nice. Beds were comfortable so it made up for some of the bad stuff. Service was excellent checking in no complaints there.

It was awesome. The front desk guy that checked us in was SUPER AMAZING. He made us feel at “home”. The was breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly. The room had roaches!!! I will never stay at this hotel again and am considering not staying in any Hampton Inn. Roaches are totally unacceptable!

I stayed here for a wedding nearby. While the hotel is a little outdated it’s pretty standard for the area. The hotel staff is absolutely wonderful and definitely makes the hotel feel very warm and inviting. The man at the front desk was efficient and very friendly. All the cleaning ladies were sweet and quick to smile and say hi. The rooms are very clean but the style and finishes could use an update. There is a very convenient Applebees that shares the parking lot and was great for drinks with an easy walk to the room

The carpet in our room had huge stains. The chairs in the breakfast area had not been dusted in a long time, and at 8 am, the tables were vacant, but dirty with crumbs. Two employees stood at the counter talking, so it obviously isn't a priority.

We have stayed here several times with no issues. However, we checked in Saturday and checked out Sunday. I got home and realized I had left my swim suit on the bathroom door. I called back to the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very very nice. He took my information. Called me back. Of course according to housekeeping they did not find it. Very hard to believe!

I enjoyed the variety of eggs & sides for breakfast from 1 day to another. And 2 types of waffles, plus tasty toppings! Nice tea variety & a plate of warm cookies in the afternoon. Pool was refreshing.
Bath towels were plush, shower head has stream variety, and we slept well with comfy bed in a quiet room. Friendly staff.

My feedback is based in a recent stay in Okeechobee, Fl. The room my daughter and I slept in had bedbugs, in our bed and by the wooden head board on the wall. This has been the worse hotel experience of my life.
No one has called me to follow up.
