They only make up the rooms at their convenience. No where at check in or on the web site is this mentioned. When the front desk was called to at least get towels the response was “if you want towels come and get them”. This is the LAST time I’ll stay at a Hilton property.

The room was very large and spacious! Felt very clean. Beds were comfortable. Darkening shades. Love the coffee bar area. Large desk. Large TV. Good breakfast for a continental style. I would most definitely stay here, again. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

All was great - updated rooms. Our bedside lights didn't work and we only had 3 towels for 4 guest, but other than that it was perfect for our needs

Property was under renovations upon arrival, working on floor by floor. If you are not tech savy, would suggest staying somewhere else or you may not be able to watch your favorite television shows.

Fitness center AC didn’t work and was 86 degrees, business center out of order

You can hear everything. After ten hours on the road the lack of sleep due to noise is a dangerous liability.

Very nice and clean awesome breakfast

The front desk people were helpful & nice. The breakfast was good, Our bed was dirty & had long hairs in it, & a disgusting item on the bottom of the floor by the bed. We went & told them, we went and changed our own sheets & we had 1 cup in there for 3 people. Had to Pay an extra 10.00 $ for amenities. Very disappointed for that kind of hotel, they were doing a lot of construction around there

At check in, we asked where to park that would be the closest access to our room. "Anywhere". Bringing our items in, we realized the stairway we started up was in the midst of recarpeting, with tools, hoses, and other tripping hazards. Trying the other stairway later - same situation - plus utility blades, screws, etc. laying in the walking areas. Some hallways had construction items blocking walkways. Our room was lovely and spacious, however, not 100% complete. A kitchen cabinet handle screw wasn't properly connected and it fell off, a fridge hadn't been put in the room yet (just an empty space), hairdryer wasn't mounted on the wall yet. The fitness room didn't have AC running on a 93 degree day - I believe the room T-stat read 88. I would have given a better rating if the clerk had warned us, i.e. told us where not to walk, signs had been up not to use stairs. Too irritated to ask for maintenance for one night.

It says dog friendly however, you have to pay an additional fee which they don’t tell you when making online reservations.

First room we were assigned had an unpleasant spot that had not been fully cleaned but they gave us another room that had a Mountain View but the A/C cover was falling off. I was able to hang it on. It appeared they were in the process of full renovation. They should put sound and smoke seal on the room doors during the renovation. Had a wonderful breakfast thanks.🤗

Poor wifi

We had a horrible stay at the Quality Inn next door the first night and moved over the the Hampton. Donald at the front desk was fantastic and very accommodating.

Check in was great. The clerk was friendly and personable. However, when we got to the room we had a great deal of difficulty figuring out how to use the TV. The guide was off by 6 hours early. The sound didn't work unless we hit Mute, then No Mute and quickly raised the volume. We also had some problems with the WiFi. The clerk walked us through, but had difficulties, too. While this is a lovely hotel, TV and WiFi are important and required a fair amount of energy after a long day. Thanks!

This place has been remodeled recently and is a wow property.

When we arrived to this hotel they were under construction. We were not aware of this before we arrived. When we got to the hotel there was no fridge in our room like the description said there was. We were traveling with a 1 year old so we needed a place to store our milk. When we called down to the front desk the lady working at the time was very kind and let us bring it down. The next night we were told that we were not able to keep it down there but we were not given a fridge. What if i would have been a brestfeeding mom. There would have been bo place for me to store my milk. My significant other was on the elevator with a lady that had a dog that was not on the leash and had gottetn yelled at for it. Overall this hotel stay was the worst one i have ever had. Facility was nice but the manager sucked.
