Loved this hotel. King suite 2 nights. Very roomy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. Great set up for pets. Would definitely stay again.

Ive been staying in Bryant for over 5 months and mostly have stayed here, since i first starting staying the fitness area has been closed. Before the new water heater etc it actually had great water pressure. New staff isnt as friendly. Definitely going to test out better places to stay in the future

This was a safe option for my parents after a night of celebrating the wedding of my daughter. The next morning the staff went above and beyond to keep fhem comfortable while they waited for a ride home due to car trouble. Thank you so much.

The grounds clean except for area where guests didn’t pick up after their dogs.
Sheets had stains & staff acted like it was no big deal. It was a big deal to me. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Room was clean but not outstanding. I have stayed here many times and in past have not had any complaints. I hope they improve as it’s a nice place in good location.

Hotel was a little dated. It was a decent alternative stopping over for 1 night. They did charge extra for a dog which was not outlined when I made the reservation online. Also, there appeared to be a homeless man hanging in the parking lot and around the entry door on our late check-in, and the staff onsite did not really deal with it.

Room was clean. Beds were not comfortable which made for a poor night's sleep for both of us. A TV guide was not available in the room and they didn't offer one when asked due to health reasons. They did offer breakfast but we had to leave before it was available.
Overall, the stay was what you would expect. Better mattresses for the beds would be a suggestion for the property.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Albeit short. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Needed to address an issue with the ice machine, however front staff was super sweet and quick to relay the message.

Shower was dirty and the shower curtain was too small. Water flooded the floor! Blowdryer was broken and greasy, outlets did not work properly in the bathroom. Sheets seemed dirty still and had a sour smell in the room. Kids ran around upstairs until after midnight. It sounded like a stampede of elephants!

Convenient for a quick one night stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited. Check in was pleasant but when we checked out the girl wasn’t very friendly. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but we stayed in the 3rd floor and whoever was above us sounded as if they were wrestling or at the Olympic Games!! This started at 6am!! Other than the noise, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

We thought the hotel was amazing. We got in late from a church function and just wanted to go to bed. The next morning my grandma lost the back of her earring. When she and my mom were looking for the earring, they pulled back the beeding. There was food wrappers and dog hair left in the bed. Which shows the linens weren't change from the previous guest. Thats nasty. When my mom said something at checkout the only thing said was they would let housekeeping know. No appology, not trying to make up for it. Unacceptable.

This property is outdated and needs to be updated, I saw a few bigs in the bathroom and a spider. There needs to be some pest control. The breakfast was ok. The sausage links were cooked too hard and the tater tots not bard enough. I will most likely not stay here again.

Not much parking, especially for a 4 door pickup. Very tight maneuvering. Elevator extremely slow. Room was clean but plain. Had got a room for 2 in case friend hung out with me for a bit, but only one chair other than an office chair. Bathroom sink had a crack but not leaking..... yet. Had to get room card rebooted twice, kept dying out. Employees polite but sone a bit slow

When we got there, the room we reserved (double) wasnt available, but she quickly upgraded us to a king suite with a sofa bed. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable after a long 12 hour drive.

The king suite was huge, more like an apartment than a hotel room. We stay 2 nights, and it was quiet & convenient. My only complaint was breakfast - potatoes were awful and sausage wasnt brown enough.
