We had a lovely stay. The room was quiet and clean, felt very luxurious. The bathroom was wonderful and the bed very comfortable.

We are a family of 5, youngest child is 14, so it is a challenge finding accommodations that are comfortable, give us a reasonable amount of personal space, and is affordable. We ended up booking 2 suites here and they put them beside each other. The furniture and decor in the rooms is very dated, but the bathrooms have been renovated. We found it charming but some may be put off by it. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, pillows were too. The staff was extremely friendly. You can't beat the location, as it is walking distance to the main strip that has tons of shops, restaurants, and the best chocolate dipped ice cream cone I've ever had. It is a 2 minute drive to the water park and there is a starbucks and large grocery store across the street that has a little market, so we purchased a few meals there during our stay and brought them back to our hotel room. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we enjoyed the large hot tub and sauna as well. The wifi was very good too. I do think it's important to share that the rooms are small to be called "suites" as there is not a separate bedroom (the room is divided by a well-placed curtain). It was fine for us but I was expecting a separate bedroom. I will also point out that when I booked the rooms through Expedia, I didn't notice until I completed my booking that the price was in US funds. It was still reasonable for 2 rooms in that convenient location though. I'd stay again and know better what to expect. :)

I like the section of swimming pool & Spa. There was a breakfast before but since covid some features were eliminated, because a limited staff and cost I guess. The price per night is on my opinion over cost, but this general everywhere.

Lovely place overall and wonderful staff. Great location very near village of Saint Sauveur. The hotel needs a bit of refresh though, especially the pool area, which looks neglected.

The pool area is very nice and relaxing. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby.
The property itself is pretty tired and not very well kept. There's clearly a lot of deferred maintenance. The whole place could use some updates and general attention.

It was well located to all shops,restaurants and things to do.Very quite area and was a very comfortable stay.We would go back to Relaise St.Denis and would recommend it.

Pool water was way too hot. . Grass overgrown and the flower beds not cleaned out.this should be done before guest arrives
Rooms very clean. Freezer part of the mini fridge needs to be defrosted.mostly the ground in tbe back and around the pool is not taken care of.

I was extremely disappointed in the outdoor spa, it was dirty the water level was also very low. The sauna had no more water available the property looks very run down… over all it was disappointing

A very nice and convenient place to stay. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and stores. The hotel environment is old style but make you dell warm and comfortable.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned dust everywhere, tub was dirty. The furniture half falling apart and the carpet was disgusting but we only stayed one night bed was comfy and everyone enjoyed the pool area. Also nice that everything is nearby. You’re basically paying for the convenience of the area and a comfy bed not cleanliness.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was spacious and well furnished. Large tv and nice jetted tub in the bathroom. Kitchenette is a good touch. Only our room was missing a toaster. Close to main street and lots of shopping. Within walking distance of everything. Property needs to redo the parking lot and drop off circle.

I've been going to this hotel for decades and it's no longer what it used to be. Although it's clean and comfortable, the hotel needs a big renovation! This time, I've noticed new flat screen, mattress topper and nice pillows. The service is great, nice and friendly staff. The pool area is this hotel's asset. The exterior could use a good gardener and the driveway/parking needs attention as well. Too bad the place is starting to be in dire need of a facelift. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything the village has to offer. Overall, value for money is good. If you can get passed the decor, you will have a nice stay. I did...

I like that the spa is included in the hotel stay. I've stayed there before and was a bit disappointed with the room this time.
It wasn't terrible, just little neglected things, 1) bureau missing a handle. 2) night table had been cracked in 2 and was glued together. 3) ants 4) flood in room after heavy rain. (We were offered the room next door but chose not to move. We just mopped the floor of the rain from leaking roof in a corner because we were leaving the next morning anyway. ) I called it the Expedia room because we had a discount and I wondered if this effected our stay? Hopefully not.
