Nice hotel, but the air conditioning unit is very loud and whoever does the landscaping needs to be retrained, because they have trees with branches overhanging the sidewalk so low that you almost have to crawl under them. Note to landscapers: what you think looks good isn't always practical.

I booked a business trip for 1 week.
Telephone not working. I informed front desk..did not fix it.
All kinds of stains on furniture, chairs, couch.
No cleaning of the room. Informed front desk and cleaning crew. No cleaning in 4 days. The promised cleaning today. Never did it.
Internet not working.
This is a ghetto establishment with no professionalism. Please dont waste your time and book there.

Staff was able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe entering and exiting the hotel. The room was clean and well stocked. Check out time was 12:00 noon which was so nice to be able not to have to rush.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Blood in the bathroom. Shower floor black. Carpet filthy! I will not be back.

The room was definitely large enough for 6 adults. The pullout sofa was a twin size couch, not big enough for 2 people. We had to buy a blow up mattress to accommodate 2 adults. Ther was no actual mattress on the sofa couch either. The air conditioner didnt blow out enough cold air and had to by a fan to help it along. No room service either. We came back from the park with the room as we left it. We mentioned the issue with the couch and they offered us a separate room for $99. We chose not to go that route. Cheaper to buy the blow up mattress.

Stayed four nights . No changing of towels and room clean up ever done . Still enjoyed my stay . Room had been set up well - enough towels and supplies were there so not too much of a problem with no cleaning

Nice, but room had a musty smell at first. The bathroom floor was kind of slick as well. Overall good for our one night stay.

The hotel was very busy yet guiet. The pool and spa were well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near many restaurants nearby.

Check in was super easy and quick. The room was nice definitely was a little dirty in spots. The refrigerator didn’t work well at all and smelled like weed wasn’t too happy about that. But overall it was a decent hotel for the price and the area.

The hotel is nice overall but for one of the rooms we had to switch twice due to the smell int 2 of the rooms. There was a bad odor that wasn’t resolved after an ozone treatment. After waiting about a hour for the treatment to complete in the second room, the smell was still present. The third room they put us in was fine.

The heat didn’t work right. The ice machine was broke. I had to ask for xtra towels. There were never any towels by the freezing pool. Just very disappointed overal.

Not a terrible stay but the hotel didn’t seem to maintenance well. Ice maker not working, stopper didn’t work in our drain, toilet made a weird noise when it flushed, and the pool and hot tub appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. The hot tub water was almost green. Not a terrible place to sleep but it seemed as though the hotel was struggling to keep up with the day to day maintenance. Probably won’t return

The hotel is modern and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The only issue was having to go to the front desk to get pool towels. We had to request washcloths and towels as well as toilet paper. Area is safe and the location is excellent.
