It's a wonderful lodging experience. Nice location surrounded by many stores and Starbucks. No room is tidy and comfortable. Close to Pudong Airport.

Very dirty carpets at the hallways and inside the rooms. Wall tapes separating at all connections to the walls. Do not walk bare foot in the room.

Your price is twice the price available on the Chinese internet for the same property. Someone cheated someone, and I ended up paying for it. I won't use yiur service again. Do a better job on getting accurate quotes.

Close to metro line 2, for easy access to Shanghai or Pudong Airport. The hotel provides an hourly free transfer to PVG too. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's ideal for someone who needs a place to stay before an early flight. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. Here are the pros and cons: Pros - this hotel is close to the PUDONG airport. You can hop the subway and go to the ChuanSha stop. As soon as you walk out, you see the hotel in the skyline. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot of eateries, tea shops, and bakeries. Very convenient for food. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. They have a complimentary shuttle to GO TO the airport (not pick-up). A quick story: the morning we took the shuttle in, something was wrong with the tire, so they immediately called a taxi, herded us in, and told us not to pay the cab driver anything. I really appreciated their quick thinking. The room (we had an Executive Room) was a little out-dated, but clean. Linens and towels were clean and of good quality. There is bottled water, instant coffee, and tea in the room. The cons: I don't view this as a "con" but some will... while there is English in this hotel, it isn't fluent. I speak some Chinese, and was traveling with my Chinese wife, so it was easy for us, but I could tell the staff were not comfortable with English. So if you don't speak Chinese, be patient. Reserving a shuttle for the airport may be tough for non-Chinese speakers. Lastly, expect a 500 yuan deposit to stick around on your credit card for WEEKS! I've never seen that before, but it did concern me. The charge dropped after about 3-4 weeks. Overall, a great stay!

Arrived late but hotel was waiting for me. Check had no problems. Hotel room was very good.lose to PVG airport and near MRT terminal. Starbucks in the lobby and Mc Donalds next door. Lots of shopping near by.

New, clean, Modern would stop again if got an overnight stop at Pudong airport. Just avoid using the spa it is a rip-off

It was just litte below Mediocre, especially for the price. AC did not work that well, room was vwry humid and it had strong odor.

Room was not very clean specially the bathroom! If you have glass doors for the shower you better clean them better! In general you can see as soon as you enter the room that the cleaning service was done in a hurry! We got the club floor with access to breakfast and is was quiet awefull the food was seating there with bugs around! No fresh juice is all bottle disappointed for a country that the fruit is cheap! We have to ask for a manager because when we came down for breakfast at 10am nothing was available and the few things that were available look old and aweful! No silverware no napkins terrible! It was not juice & no milk anymore..the person that do the eggs told me to eat what they have seating there instead of offering to make me fresh Chinese pancake eggs. The employees around were doing nothing while the floor was totally dirty food all over the floor and milk too! Manager came very nice and cordial and apologized for that. THANKS GOD we only stayed one night and I suggest to bring your business someplace else because it looks like they don’t care for cleanness or customer service. Is a lot of nice places around don’t waist your money there!

Nice hotel with access to nearby mall and subway station. Suitable if you want to cut down travelling time to airport. However, quite a distance to travel to town. Overall, a good hotel.

Beautiful and clean hotel, well-furnished, spacious rooms (I was upgraded to the executive floor) with a fancy tub and separate shower. Free airport shuttle to the airport was great. Taxi ride from the airport (I arrived too late to use the hotel shuttle) was 83 RMB. I didn't buy the breakfast (pricey and not included in my rate) and didn't have time to explore the area, but there's a metro stop not far away and a connected McDonalds.

The breakfast has always been a low point in the overall experience. This time around the experience was shocking !! The croissants were cold as turkey and the warmer lamps were nowhere to be seen. On asking the incharge - a Young local guy - he rudely said we eat cold croissants ! Also the ketch up was empty at the egg counter and no ketch up was made available at the table on requests. On feels that the strategy of Cube management to hire a Foreigner to make things work magical has weaned off - proper training in customer delight needs to be imparted and breakfast sucks !!!!! This needs improvement.
