It’s ok to stay for one night. Key card didn’t work and there was plug for charging beside bed but I didn’t work also

I liked that it had bunk beds and regular beds in the room!

This place was conveniently located near the train and city center. Room was clean and served its purpose of a place to sleep and shower. Would stay here again

This place was just horrible! Expensive and not worth a penny. The beds were so uncomfortable, it was a single plastic mattress with a thin sheet on. Felt disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewer. There weren't even hooks in the bathroom to hang the towel on. No AC, extremely hot. It was very loud outside and trucks driving in the middle of the night.

Ali, the manager on-site, was super helpful and easy going! We didn't want to spend a lot of money for sleeping and wanted to spend more cash for general everyday travel expenses. The family room was clean and easy. Would stay again no problem. I stayed with my husband and 13 yr old.

Totally non customer friendly. Got a rocket fot taking off my mask as i approached the desk to make myself clearly understood. Had to fill out 2 lengthy forms basically containing the same information. When i enquired about breakfast , i was told there was a pandemic on and ALL breakfasts rooms in Germany wete closed. For €7.50 , i was offered another form from which i had to "select" what i wanted and then collect it in the morning. No idea of the quality or quantity but a stop in an A&O in Dublin a few years ago produced a breakdast that wouldn't fill an ant and the quality was definitely poor. Tha above is put into better context by my stop at the A&O in Dusseldorf last night. I only had to fill in one small form and the breakfast room was open for a reasonable buffet breakfast at €7.90. AND the receptionist was customer friendly. I am even considering contacting Hotels.com and requesting a refund. Will definitely NEVER stay at the Nuremburg A&O ever again.

The hostel is really well located and the staff is friendly. The place is clean and the price is ok

The room I stayed in had 6 bunks, with an ensuite shower and toilet. The check in was easy to do, and front desk staff was pleasant and were clear on how to check out early to catch an early train. I was a little disappointed that there was a 3€ charge for bedding at this A&O, as there was no mention of this on Expedia's listing. Would stay again though for a cheap place to stay! Great for a night or two.

Overall, this please was great. It was close to town and the train station, it couldn’t have been in a better location. The room was nice and clean, as was the overall property. The “kitchen” area was a bit of a let down however. It was pretty dirty and small, and just had a hot plate really. But overall, our stay was pleasant and we would come back again.

Convenient location just a few minute walk from the train station and almost next to the bus station. Simple, but covering the necessities and clean. My room was away from the main street so quiet on that end, but unfortunately was next to the lift which made noise and vibrations so I ended up using earplugs because of the lift. Annoying that the entrance stairs are used as a smoking area, so whenever coming and waiting for the lift there was a smoke screen. All in all a decent option to stay, with competitive price especially outside of weekends. Would consider again.

Nice budget hotel. Nothing fancy, but it is kept very clean, and everything you need is there and works. Very kind staff at the reception, which can be pretty busy at times.

no complain about anything with this price .. actually preety nice. Tiny but clean bath room and rest room are in each room seperately (cute). and the 1floor filled with interesting thing. good bar (beer,whisky wine..whole spectrum of the drink by reasonable price) and nice staffs, comfy sofa...etc.

Spartan but clean and well run; not where you would want to sat for an extended vacation, but OK for a short layover.

Parking was a problem. We were under the impression that parking was provided. Other than that the stay was excellent. The employees were very helpful,

Room for 2 people was very cramped and small. First time in a hostel. We wont choose this option again. Noisy very late first night. Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice.

The night receptionist didn’t find my reservation, despite being confirmed and showed the confirmation, and only thing he was able to say is that I had to Expedia to get help, while he could have accessed the extranet and look up at my booking.
