It needed a Hercules effort to unlock and lock door. Towels were not replaced with fresh ones. Plastic cups were not replaced. The room smelled funny and no hair dryer was provided..

From the moment we saw our room we noticed to crumbling stairs to the room. The door had huge paint strips missing. Upon entering we saw the dresser was missing a drawer, a hole in the wall, bathroom wall had black mold on chalking, (2) holes above the bathtub with fibreglass insulation and so much more. Very disappointing.

Le divan et les coussins ont besoin d'etre nettoyés ou d'aller aux poubelles.
Il y avait 2 télés, j'imagine que celle au mur ne fonctionnait plus alors ils en ont ajoutés une sans enlever la vieille.

The entire property was desperately in need of updates. The bedding didn't seem properly cleaned and we were scared to use the pillows. The floor was dirty so we had to keep our shoes on. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and our bathtub faucet kept dripping.

The front desk staff was nice. However, our experience at this was dissappointing. The room stank like cigarettes. There was no trash can, no shampoo. We booked three rooms, they were unanle to provide the key for one of the rooms. We checked in around 11pm and were just too tired to go back and forth.

When we visited, we were greeted with a friendly and helpful staff member and given an upgrade from a one-bed bedroom to a bedroom with a tub.
However, the swimming pool was not available for use and had visibly not been maintained in ages. The tub jets did not work and the cleanliness of the bedsheets and overall bedroom was dubious. The smell of the bedroom was undefinable.
We were aware that a motel on the 117 might be questionable, and this was definitely what one should expect.
However the room was cheap and we only needed to crash for one night, so that met our basic needs.

Had to stay due to severe weather in area. Service was good. Supplied me with extra pillows and sheets. Jetted tub was definitely a plus, but realized there was no body lotion or hair conditioner. Parking lot was extremely icy with risky conditions for getting to and from my room in the car. They also extended my check out time. Thanks for being there St-Moritz Motel staff!
