Although the hotel was great, there was a concern that was never resolved, including possible theft.

The hotel overall was quite acceptable. The issues I had were more of a personal choice problem. Mattress way too soft and pillows left a lot to be desired. Elevator made horrendous noises that were quite scary. Will stay again for upcoming trip, but will request bottom floor due to elevator.

The staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hot tub did need cleaning and needed to be warmer.

The hotel is one of my favorites. I love the bathroom and the comfort of the bed. I'll be returning to this hotel again on my next trip.

Friendly staff and updated lobby. The room was on the main floor and had only a thin rolling blind to cover the window. Light shone in all night into the room and there was no way to darken it. Also, the “suite” just had empty space and no chaise or relaxing furniture in the room.

The facilities and location are very good, but it was the hospitality of the staff that made this am excellent experience on our family trip.

The front desk was having issues finding our reservation.

The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. She answered all my questions. When we got to the room it was nice and cool and we had a stack of clean towels and bedding for the pull out couch. I would definitely stay here again!

Property currently undergoing some renovations

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn before and it does seem to have gone down hill. They are in the middle of renovations and I did not know this prior to my arrival. Elevator makes loud thumping noise and has big jolt when it starts up. It’s a little scary thinking you might get stuck in a malfunctioning elevator. The elevator floor is worn out completely. Always had a B.O. smell. The TV kept shutting off every few minutes and remote did not work very well. Couch had gross stains. Bathroom door had several patches over holes and it didn’t lock. Tile finish work was very poor and not straight. Thermostat didn’t work and A/C seemed to keep resetting itself to very low temperatures. Positives: Beds were comfortable and I liked the provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Besides the fact that the hotel is under renovation. And the elevator being a bit shaky. It was a very good stay. But i know they are in the process of making it better. Hopefully by thw time we visit again. It will be complete.

They were doing some remodeling, but everything was still clean and tidy. The single elevator makes some really loud scary noises, but no issues. Room was very comfortable. There was no conditioner in the shower, but that was a minor thing. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast wasn't bad at all.

renovations seem to be almost complete..I've visited 3 times since August and the improvements are appreciated. The property around the building is still littered with trash and various furniture/ equipment that has been removed for renovation, unsightly.

They did not let me know till the day of, that they were under construction. Nails in the hallway, blue painters tape on the fixture in my room. Room smelled of paint. I had to go through the side door, as the front wasn’t available for entrance. Went in through the side door to go get checked in, but as I walk up the hallway which divides the hallway and the dining area, there was an individual working on the floor tiles. Looked like they were cementing them down and I actually had to jump over. Which someone could definitely fall having to do that. The elevator didn’t work all the time, so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor, all the way down the hallway. We saw elderly people pulling their luggage down . The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfy.

We always stay in this hotel, but there was construction going on, elevators were closed at night and my mom (who walks with a cane) had to go up 3 flights of stairs.

Hotel is under renovation.. people should get a discount but is not the case I stayed on the 3rd floor elevator was broken there’s mess all over the place is not worth the price I paid ..for the positive thing is the beds are comfortable.. For future stay I rather use the Hampton inn across the street .
