Nice property, clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The property is a little older, showing a bit of it's age but still well maintained.

Everything about our stay was excellent! From the super awesome customer service received from the from desk gal Dawna who went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of to our super comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was great, pillows were clean and fluffy and the room was quiet. We'll definitely be back.

Stayed here many times and will keep coming back. Absolutely wonderful. Cleanest, neatest, best managed hotel that I've seen anywhere. Breakfast is superb, though not fancy, plastic cutlery, paper plates and cups. But food is hot and fresh and delicious. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. These folks do everything right.

The hotel was great. The staff were wonderful. The only complaint I have is the people above me stomped all night, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. I wil stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times previously. Have always had a great stay. This time the room had humidity problems. (This could have happened at my house). Had to ask for toilet paper (roll was empty when we left for our lake day) came back, they had made the bed, put fresh towels in, hung damp rid, taken out trash…things happen. We still will return. 1/5 or 6 stays isn’t bad.

Our stay was very pleasing. The room was clean and comfortable. The room temp control worked well. The bed and pillows and linens couldn't have been more comfortable. We slept great. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. They all really made us feel welcome.
It was the week of the total eclipse. I loved the lobby decorations for the eclipse. It was really a fun time.

Pretty far away from the highway for a passing through stop. They advertise a pool but it’s outside and not open. For a family with kids, a pool is a must, and a huge let down

Impressed with how big the room was and it was one of the best beds I've slept in (at a hotel) . Only problem was the AC ! The high was a low and it stayed 73 in the room even with the temp set at 64. I have to have it cold and it was HOT outside.

This is the best hotel in Heber Springs. Others are closer to the lake and/or town, but this location is close enough without the traffic issues. After staying at several places iver the years, it is worth the extra money for cleanliness, comfort, and a good breakfast.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean, plenty of room in the rooms. Love that it has a small frig, microwave and coffee maker. A plus for us is it has an area to park our boat, breakfast is included, close to gas station, restaurants and not far from the boat ramp. This was our 3/4 stay at this location
