Nice welcome at check-in, good size room and clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

It's ok, but you need to pay for everything, including parking and wifi.
We had to change room, the second one, despite being exactly the same, felt much more comfortable whilst the first one wasn't, perheps the second one was just redecorated. Breakfast is nice. Location is in the middle of a bio centre for companies.

Room wasn’t cleaned 1 of 3 nights. Parking lot extremely steep and unsafe for lower cars, very tights spots, non-functioning gate caused many delays and all at €17.5/day outside of town! Also no in room coffee or many places to put luggage except the floor. Staff were very friendly though.

Staff let you sit where you like at breakfast. We are a family of 6 that found we couldn’t sit at breakfast with the other guest as couples were taking up booths or larger tables. I asked if a staff member could clean the table so we could have it. Which they did yet another couple come and just took the table. Staff let them do this.
Of an evening we placed a food order. They didn’t have a children’s menu however they did cook them pasta off menu. They did forget our drinks with the meal tho.

Hilton Garden inn Leiden is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are gracious and the morning breakfast services are top notch. Would recommend staying there for Leiden visits.

Typical business hotel, but gets all the key things right: comfy beds, large showers with thermostatic valves, clean and modern. Also important for a hotel next to the motorway: soudproofing is excellent. No complaints really - very happy

Mixed experience as the staff on reception were super helpful and efficient, however my bathroom needed cleaning on arrival, I took photos and showed reception, they did come and clean it quite quickly, were very apologetic and said it wasn't acceptable. Not what I expected from Hilton. I also had to queue for a considerable amount of time to check in and check out.

The staffs are very friendly with the checkin and check out process. The location is very quiet and safe but it takes some transit time from the central station to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and rich. One little complaint is the hot water for the shower is not very stable and it’s temperature is mostly warm but not hot enough for me. Overall the quality of the hotel is pretty good

For nearly 400€/night we were hoping for far better.
On arrival our room had garbage on the floor which wasn’t removed the second day. The room wasn’t cleaned; the floor was covered in sand from our visit to the beach.
Towels weren’t changed nor coffee restocked.
The restaurant food was dire and the Ukrainian waitress spent all her time chatting to her Ukrainian friends
The hotel is in the middle of an office complex with ample parking yet we were charged a whopping 17€/night for parking. EXPEDIA did not mention that !
Total disaster and we shan’t be visiting again!

Hilton quality, so no surprises, negative or positive. Restaurant food is below par though. Minestrone is not a clear vegetable broth with factory diced vegetables:).

Completely off the beaten track .
The receptionist was as welcoming as an old wind in Alaska. She had to maintain her snootiness. The room was nice overlooking the motorway- the tv needed a manual to get a channel- no English tv. My dinner was mediocre! Not up to Hilton standards at all. Would it return! Bathroom sink plug wouldn’t work

The hotel offers great value and was suitably located for us. It is next to CORPUS, but other than that the surroundings look more industrial and under development than residential. Missing is a coffee maker.

The property was clean, the room comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The hotel was also very convenient to the university. It is however a bit further from restaurants and grocery stores (although within acceptable walking distance if you're a good walker). Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.

The air conditioner does not blow cold air so you must keep the window open at night. It was very noisy hearing the cars on the highway. The only available food nearby was McDonalds. Everywhere else was closed on a Thursday night.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. There was rotten food in the room from the previous guests. The baby cot supplied was dusty. The skirting boards in the room was lined with mold. I had to ask for my reservation to be cancelled and refunded and I moved to a different hotel to spend the night.
It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Not what you’d expect from a Hilton Hotel. There needs to be more done about the standard of cleanliness in the hotel.

Excellent hotel - clean, professional, large rooms with option of a bath. Fridge and kettle in the room. Perfect base for Den Haag and Amsterdam and all the areas in between.

Am dissapointed payed parking 11 euro, even its not closed parking space or reall garage..just because its on the lott of the hotel. And from Hilton Hotel i expected more in many ways..but even all was good..it didnt make a difference with a ibis, v.d valk or Bastion hotel

Strakke zielloze sfeer zowel binnen als buiten , buiten hebben ze geprobeerd het sfeervol te maken maar hierin volledig de plank misgeslagen , ontbijt is tot 10 uur en wij kwamen 10 voor 10 , 5 voor 10 was de keuken al aan het opruimen en kon er niks meer besteld worden , niks werd bijgevuld en bij gratie werd er nog een ei gebakken door te zeggen het is nog geen 10 uur, om klokslag 10 uur kwam de restaurant manager het personeel vertellen , nu alles weghalen waarop ik een gesprek probeerde aan te gaan dat nog heel wat gasten nog moesten ontbijten en hij nors in het Engels zij , i don’tcare 10 uur is 10 uur , koffie apparaat uit en tegen betaling bij de bar kon je tegen betaling koffie krijgen , 5 over 10 was het buffet opgeruimd en weg 😳.
