The service staffs were amazing - from check in to assisting with taxi bookings and issues with the shower heater to checking out.

If you don’t like too many people around you, you can consider this place since it is away from the city and not many people are on the beach.. but you will need a car to be able to drive to the city to eat food, the city is a 30 minute drive. Food in the hotel is average.. Except a few staff, in general the staff doesn’t understand English and is not well trained.. for example on the first night, the manager suggested us to take the BBQ in our villa.. the staff that came to set up the table left the doors of the villa open and in a few minutes the entire villa was full of night insects (that come after the rain) and it too a while for me to explain to the reception what had happened, actually after the intervention of an expat manager of the hotel. Second day, the air conditioner in one of the room wasn’t working well and it had to be fixed twice before it was bearable.. for the breakfast and the crockery if the hotel talks a lot about the quality of the hotel.. in case of full moon, both were below average.. I don’t think I would like to repeat this resort.

This 4 star rated hotel should be in fact a 2.5 stars.
They put me in a delapidated looking villa. I went back up to the reception and asked if they had another villa available.
Of course they did but it would take a manager to approve it who of course was not available until the morning.

A beautiful villa and pool area. Really lovely for relaxing. The food was good but always bland. In general there was something missing, an atmosphere of welcoming maybe.

I stayed 2 nights, it is very quite place to stay. But problem is too far to go to city, not to eat at same restaurant all day. About 30 minute drive to most restaurants and shopping area.

Environmentalists are good, staffs are kind and willing to help. One recommendation is that they should inform guests with shuttle bus information and public bus so that transportation could be easier.

Stayed Jul 17. Lovely hotel/villas, great pool and beach. Had a superb few days. Food could be a little better - but still good - and the exterior wall to our villa (No 10) wasn't finished on the inside which took the edge off the experience. But would stay again!

The accommodation was really good, the pool & villa lovely!
The food was terrible - really letting it down & unfortunately so far out that alternative plans difficult! With 5 teenagers to feed it was not easy!

Yes I read it was in the middle of no where but I didn't think it was THIS in the middle of no where. It's 25 minutes from the center of Mui Ne or a $10 cab ride. It's so desolate there and the place isn't even on the beach. Yes the villa was pretty but as I said before it's not even on the beach. There are no cabs around there, and the you are obligated to eat there, since there's nowhere to walk to. Now let's talk about the food, boy was that a disappointment. I consider myself a foodie and I love to eat. Generally I love eating everywhere in Vietnam, just because Vietnamese food is quite delicious, but here I was disappointed. The food was below par and definitely the worst I've eaten in Vietnam.

This complex is a tranquil retreat, I am so glad that I booked it.
The staff are lovely and all work very hard to make your stay a pleasant one. The villa makes you feel at home. My stay here was very relaxing and I would definitely return.
The swimming pool is a good size and all water sports are free.

The villa was well kept with beautiful private garden and jacuzzi, good air conditioner and kitchen area. Fresh fruit and water was delivered each day and the whole exerience of attentive staff, private garden and big pool just outside was very relaxing. Restaurant was by the sea and offered beautiful view as well as refreshing breeze. Overall experience was really good!

Its a nice place to relax, pretty far away from the bars and places to eat. Also, no place for driver to stay, other places I have been had driver quarters

Fantastic resort, but suitable for families.
After dark, nothing to do, no streets lights.
The villa was absolutely stunning beautiful. Wood carvings, traditional vietnamese style, but aircondition only in the bedrooms.
Would visit again with family. On couples trip or with friends, I would not.

Understood it was a very remote location - and it sure is! Bring plenty of supplies. Loud noise all one evening from nearby resort.
The 'air-conditioned' 2 bedroom villa we booked only had A/C in the bedrooms (i.e. only abut 30% of the villa) - in August A/C is vital. They kindly upgraded us to a larger, fully A/C'd unit, but only available due to off season.
Otherwise friendly, nice, remote place.

I booked this resort as a last minute decision...when I arrived I thought they'd made a mistake with the booking - the villas are huge with a private garden - very luxurious, the pool area is beautiful - it has a private beach - also beautiful. The food is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
It's a wee bit out of Mui Ne but the local bus is fab and cheap and the resort has a shuttle bus.
I'd thoroughly recommend it and will definitely go back.

We were looking for a quiet hotel after a long trip to Cambodia and Laos and we found it. We were given a large villa to ourselves with our own wonderful garden, private jacuzzi and even a huge kitchen. The swimming pool was large and very well maintained and there were enough loungers of everyone. The staff has obviously received training and were delightful.
As with a lot of beaches in Vietnam, the surrounding beach (not near our hotel) was covered in rubbish washed up from the sea although it is obvious that the area surrounding our hotel is cleaned every day. We also discovered enormous dead jelly fish washed on the beach so care must be taken when swimming. Ideal for windsurfing and all water sports.

Excellent facilities and very helpful staff, restaurant was a bit expensive but food was good. Free shuttle bus into Ham Tien was definitely a good feature. Overall it was a great stay!
