The Magani is a beautiful hotel and very central to most of Kuta and surrounding areas.

Enjoyable stay at the hotel our room was at the front of the hotel so could be quite loud especially at night when all the partiers are returning from their late nights out. The room that we had with a private pool area was nice however didn’t get a lot of sun and the pool was quite cold. Staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Only downfall was private pool had no sun and common pool was so close to room it would get a bit noisy. Other than that was an amazing hotel.

The Magani was a lovely place to stay. The staff were great and extremely helpful . The food was beautiful and the pool with 2 for one cocktails was the best . We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about, not too far from beach walk shopping mall approx 15min walk/$2 taxi, garlic lane right across street for fixed prices, not as packed as main strips in kuta, will return here in future.

Well it was a mixed feeling experience for me. Staff was great and their Magani Suit with Jacuzzi was superb. But as soon as I went in the Premier plunge pool room it was a disaster. The premier room was dirty with Ants in the bathroom. Room was too small and when I say small I am comparing it with other hotels in the area where we have lived before in our previous visit. When I told staff about it they just handed me with the bugs spray bottle. I then requested them to upgrade me to Magani suit again as it was not an easy thibg to stay in Premeir room. They didnt offer me any compensation or anything, I didnt made any fuss and just paid for the upgrade again. Iwas deeply offended when I gave my laundry for cleaning to staff member at reception as I was in process of changing my room, she asked my wife If I know the prices of laundry service,ofcourse I know the price and still wanted my laundry to be done,why would you ask such question in a condenseding way?? If I falk about the Breakfast in the morning, I would say that it was ok not great. I would commend the staff in their restaurant who remembered my wife's Birthday and made her day by singing the birtday song for her. If you ask me if I will stay their again,I will say NO. Location is gerat and pricing is good too but not a great experience
