I didn't like the condition of the room, definitely needs work.

I did NOT feel safe due to the location. I slept with one eye open my first night due to outside activity. After hearing someone scream, "Help me!" it was very difficult to go back to sleep. Sat on the commode and almost fell over due to it not being securely attached to the floor. Bedspread had several tears and burn holes. However, the owner was pleasant, friendly and attentive.

Our bed had what looked like dog hairs on the sheets, so we requested a room change. But even then our new room had a huge red stain on the side of the bed, the pillows had a terrible smell, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty, and the water would leak all over the floor while we showered.

It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. We were going to stay 4 nights but had to check out and find another motel. It was so dirty, the room looked vandalized. Very sketchy people there.

It had roaches everywhere as soon as you walk in the room. Also the furniture was dirty.

It just wasn't up to date with modern hotels, Old furniture, scent, overall, I'll rate it a 3.5 out of 10

Black Mold Health Hazard. I left after 2 hours of being in the room. I am reporting them to City of Long Beach authorities as a public health hazard.

The air-conditioning worked well, but found out it leaked a lot upon waking up and getting out of the bed there was a puddle underneath it. There room looked like there was a fire that took place inside the phone was melted, the shower handle wasn’t even connected, the rod for the curtain of the shower was coming off. There the bathroom door had big cracks on it. The bed had hole in the blankets and the air filter in the air conditioning was filthy, filled with dry stuck gunk. The table looked burnt and the chairs were black when the sides show it supposed to be gray. However, the sheets were clean on the bed.

There were holes in the wall the phone was burned and not useable, they weren’t towels , and late at night some stranger kept knocking on my door I will not ever stay here again

It was not a good condition,the room it's self was in really bad condition at that motel! Well never going back to the Rocky Inn Motel!

First off when you open the door it smells like stale cigarettes. Secondly it has roaches that was found when i opened the broken down rotten food smelling refrigerator. It is is just gross.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either, however you get what you pay for and it's most certainly affordable. Beds were on the firm side and the motel is starting to show it's age. The cleanliness was excellent however.

This place was absolutely disgusting! Cockroachs coming out of the microwave. Cockroachs all of the tub. The room stunk like old mildew. Avoid this place - sleep in your car!

Very loud surroundings. You can hear everyone's business happening outside your door, and by busineess I mean some street pharmacy shenanigans were going down.

hot water took more than 5 minutes to get to the shower. Also found better rates for this place after I had already made the reservation and paid in advance
